However, during the heat treatment, the components of the heat-treated materials may diffuse into each other, or compounds such as carbides may precipitate on the surface, resulting in the materials being bonded to each other. Therefore, when they are taken out of the furnace, they must be manually separated into pieces, which requires a great deal of effort and time.

熱処理を施していた(実開昭57−129769号)。 Therefore, in the past, a large number of magnetic metal plates were laminated in a support device so as to be movable in the thickness direction, and then the support device was placed in a magnetic field to magnetize both ends of each metal plate with the same polarity. The repulsive force is activated to align the metal materials at intervals. (For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 57-117439.) Furthermore, the magnetic metal plates arranged at intervals in this manner are held by a substrate on which a plurality of partition plates are provided in parallel, and the entire substrate is placed in a furnace. It was inserted and heat treated (Utility Model Application No. 57-129769).

Therefore, there is a drawback that the cost required for heat treatment increases.

The plate-like parts are stacked one on top of the other with a gap between them due to projections, and are then placed in a furnace for heat treatment.

It is. At the time of pressing out the outer shape, a plurality of projections 3 (four in the drawing) are formed in a scattered manner on the surface of the stator plate 1 in the thickness direction by half-pressing at the same time. At the same time, holes 4 for attachment are formed by punching.
A large number of the stator plates 1 formed in this manner are stacked as shown in the third figure, and the legs thereof are held astride the support member 5.

Therefore, a large number of stacked stator plates 1 are placed in a furnace while being held by the support member 5 and annealed. An example of annealing conditions is an inert gas atmosphere such as argon gas,
After being kept at ℃ for 2 hours, it is slowly cooled.

Therefore, the heat treatment is completed in each stator plate 1 individually without having to separate them by hand. Therefore, it can be immediately transported to the next process, for example, a motor assembly process, while being supported by the support member 5.
