(Problems to be solved by the invention) In the above-mentioned conventional technology, air is ejected from the nozzle in the direction of the streamline of the cleaning liquid flowing inside the pipe, so the cleaning liquid is hardly stirred and the air bubbles into large bubbles. There is a problem that the chips from the workpiece cannot be removed sufficiently.

(Means for solving the problem) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cleaning liquid mixing device for mixing cleaning liquid and air, in which an outlet is provided at the tip of a casing having a mixing chamber with a substantially circular cross section. The inner circumferential surface of the distal end of the casing is formed into a tapered surface that tapers toward the distal end, and an air nozzle is provided at the tail end of the casing that extends toward the distal end with a space around it, and an air nozzle is provided on the peripheral wall of the casing. A cleaning liquid inlet facing the gap on the outer periphery of the air nozzle is opened eccentrically so that the hole axis of the inlet does not intersect with the axis of the air nozzle, and the diameter of the air nozzle is larger than the diameter of the outlet. It is characterized by

(Function) The cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid inlet becomes a swirling flow within the gap around the outer periphery of the air nozzle, and this swirling flow is guided by the tapered surface of the tip of the casing and narrowed down, and is then narrowed while swirling toward the outlet. Air is blown into the cleaning liquid from an air nozzle having a diameter larger than the outlet, and the cleaning liquid is well stirred together with the air, and the air is mixed into the cleaning liquid in the form of fine bubbles.

(Example) The drawing shows a liquid supply box C having a plurality of small holes B on the bottom surface placed on the top surface of a cylinder head A.
The cleaning liquid is mixed to make a gas-liquid mixed cleaning liquid used in a cleaning device that injects the cleaning liquid from each small hole B toward the hole in the cylinder head A to remove chips from the hole in the cylinder head A. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a casing having a mixing chamber 2 having a substantially circular cross section;
A connecting plug 7 constituting the outflow port 3 is screwed onto the tip of the casing 1, and the inner circumferential surface of the tip of the casing 1 is formed into a tapered surface 1a that tapers toward the tip. In addition to protruding an air nozzle 5 extending toward the tip side with a gap 4 around it,
A cleaning liquid inlet 6 is opened in the peripheral wall of the casing 1 so as to face the gap 4 on the outer periphery of the air nozzle 5, and eccentrically so that the hole axis of the inlet 6 does not intersect with the axis of the air nozzle 5. Then, a hose 8 connected to the inlet of the liquid supply box C is connected to the connection plug 7, and a connection plug 9 is screwed to the tail end of the air nozzle 5, and connected to an air supply source (not shown) via a pipe 10. A pipe 1 connected to the cleaning liquid inlet 6 and connected to a cleaning liquid supply source (not shown) is connected to the cleaning liquid inlet 6.
I screwed on the tip of 1. In addition, the diameter of the air nozzle 5 is made larger than the diameter of the connection plug 7 which is the outlet 3,
To efficiently blow air into the cleaning liquid in the process of squeezing the cleaning liquid toward the outlet 3.

According to the above configuration, as explained in the section of the operation above, the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid inlet 6 becomes a swirling flow in the gap around the outer periphery of the air nozzle 5, and this swirling flow is guided by the tapered surface of the tip of the casing 1. During this narrowing process, air from the air nozzle 5 is blown into the cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid is well stirred together with the air, and the air is mixed into the cleaning liquid in the form of fine bubbles.
