工ヘツド1内のアシストガス圧を大気圧よりやや
高い圧力に保持するようにしてなるレーザ加工機
のアシストガス制御装置。 (2) 加工ヘツド1内のアシストガス圧を切断か
ら非切断へ切換えるときには、徐々にアシストガ
ス圧を低下させ、非切断より切断へ移行するとき
には瞬時に切断時の圧力にまで上昇するように制
御してなる請求項1記載のアシストガス制御装置
