[Background Art] From the viewpoint of construction efficiency, it is advantageous to increase the size (area) of roofing materials such as flat plate roofing materials. However, in the past, roofing materials
Since the surface of A' is a single color, in the case of large-sized roofing material A', the roof surface becomes monotonous as shown in Figure 4, and there is no sense of division and it feels cheap. There was a problem with becoming. On the other hand, when the roofing material is made smaller, it gives the impression of being subdivided, but there is a problem in that the construction becomes complicated. Moreover, when roofing materials such as flat plate roofing materials are used, there is a problem in that it is easy to slip when walking on the top surface of the roofing materials.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention was invented in view of the above points, and its purpose is to provide a relatively large roof by having a plurality of colors on the top surface of a single roofing material. To provide a decorative roofing material which can give a feeling of subdivision with color changes without deteriorating workability even with wood, can provide a matte finish, and has a non-slip surface on the top surface of the roofing material.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The roof material main body 1 is a flat plate made of, for example, an inorganic material, and has a clear coating applied to the entire upper surface to form a clear layer 4. Here, as the clear layer 4, for example, acrylic emulsion is used, and it is applied to a thickness of 5 to 10 μm by a method such as spray painting. After forming the clear layer 4, drying
Thereafter, a ground color coating layer 2 mixed with granular aggregate 5 is formed on the entire upper surface. As the paint for forming the ground color coating layer 2, for example, an acrylic emulsion is used, and the coating thickness is about 30 to 50 microns, and is applied by flow coater coating or other methods. Here, an example of the formulation of the paint for forming the ground color coating layer 2 mixed with aggregate 5 is as follows: 100 parts of paint (pigment concentration 5 to 10%), aggregate such as Kansui sand (70 parts),
A mixture of 20 to 40 parts (~100 mesh) is used. By the way, if the particle size of the aggregate 5 is made coarser than 70 mesh, the matting effect cannot be expected, and if it is made finer than 100 mesh, the viscosity will be too thick and the stability of the flow coater curtain will be poor (the film will not break easily). Aggregate 5 is 70-100
The one from Metshiyu is good. After applying the ground color coating layer 2 mixed with aggregate 5, it is dried, and then the ground color coating layer 2 is applied.
A partial paint layer 3 is formed by partially applying a paint of a color different from that of the ground color paint layer 2 on the upper surface. In this case, the partial coating layer 3 is made of, for example, acrylic emulsion, and is applied by spray coating or the like to about 20 to 40 μm. The aggregate 5 is not mixed into the partial coating layer 3 in order to prevent the nozzle from clogging when the partial coating layer 3 is applied by spraying. Here, if the coating thickness of the partial coating layer 3 is 40μ or more, only the partial coating layer 3 will have a high gloss, which will be unbalanced with the matteness of the ground color coating layer 2 mixed with aggregate 5, so it is recommended that the coating thickness be 40μ or less. is preferable,
If it is 40 μ or less, aggregate 5 mixed in the ground color coating layer 2
The partial paint layer 3 is thinly applied on the portion protruding from the upper surface of the ground color paint layer 2, and the partial paint layer 3 is made matte by this aggregate 5. On the other hand, if the thickness of the partial paint layer 3 is set to 20μ or less, the matte state can be almost the same as the base color paint layer 2, but the partial paint layer 3 becomes too thin and the coloring is weak, and the partial paint layer 3 and the base color paint layer Since the hue contrast with 2 is not sufficient, 20μ or less is preferable. As mentioned above, the partial paint layer 3 has a different color from the ground color paint layer 2, but preferably the ground color paint layer 2 and the partial paint layer 3 are of the same color but have different tones such as shading. good. The partial coating layer 3 includes a first partial coating layer 3a and a second partial coating layer 3b.
There are multiple independent layers, such as partial coating layer 3.
The ground color coating layer 2 is exposed in between,
Further, the first partial coating layer 3a and the second partial coating layer 3b have different color tones, and furthermore, the first partial coating layer 3a<base color coating layer 2<second partial coating layer 3
It is set so that the color becomes darker in the order of b, or the color becomes darker in the order of second partial coating layer 3b<ground color coating layer 2<first partial coating layer 3a. Note that there is a first partial coating layer 3a on one side of the roofing material body 1,
The ground color coating layer 2 is made to exist on the other side of the roofing material body 1, and when the decorative roofing materials A are placed side by side and constructed, the first layer is always placed next to the part where the ground color coating layer 2 appears. Partial paint layer 3a or second partial paint layer 3
b may be positioned so that there is no sudden change in color tone. In order to form the partial paint layer 3 on the upper surface of the ground color paint layer 2, not only the first partial paint layer 3a and the second partial paint layer 3b but also the third partial paint layer and the fourth partial paint layer 3 are applied.
Partial coating layers 3 or more may be formed at three or more locations, each having a different color tone. Decorative roofing materials A as described above are connected horizontally by placing the decorative roofing materials A side by side on the roof base material with their side edges facing each other, and the front part of the upper decorative roofing material A is connected to the lower decorative roofing material A. It is connected vertically by placing it on the rear upper surface of roofing material A.
Here, the abutting portions of the side edges of the lower end decorative roofing material A and the abutting portions of the side edges of the upper decorative roofing material A are positioned so as to be shifted in the lateral direction.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, a ground color coating layer is formed on the entire upper surface of the roofing material body, and granular bones of a color different from the ground color coating layer are partially formed on the upper surface of the ground color coating layer. Because it forms a partial coating layer that does not contain wood, even if the decorative roofing material is large-sized, different colored areas will appear on the surface of one decorative roofing material, making it look as if it were covered with small roofing materials. Furthermore, since the colors are different, it is possible to create a very high-class feeling of small divisions.Furthermore, the base color coating layer is mixed with granular aggregate, and the partial coating is The layer has a different color from the ground color coating layer and does not contain granular aggregate, so not only does the difference in color create a sense of division as described above, but also the matte ground color coating due to the granular aggregate. The difference in appearance between the paint layer and the partial paint layer, which does not have granular aggregate and is not matte, emphasizes the sense of division. In other words, the synergistic effect of the difference in color and the difference due to the presence or absence of matte, which creates a double sense of subdivision, emphasizes the difference in appearance between the base color paint layer and the partial paint layer. It can create a new sense of smallness that cannot be found in wood. Moreover, since granular aggregate is mixed in the ground color coating layer, the granular aggregate has a matte effect, and the granular aggregate also provides a non-slip surface on the surface of the decorative roofing material. It has the advantage of preventing slipping when walking on the roofing material.
