It is. The cutting knife 14 includes, for example, a shear pin 16 that communicates with the cylindrical wall and the knife.
As a result, the cutting edge is held relative to the cylindrical body 11 so as to maintain an accurate cutting position relative to the object to be cut. Reference numeral 17 denotes a gas generator, which is fixed by suitable means, for example, by screwing into the rear part of the cylindrical body. The inside of the gas generator is filled with a gas generating agent.
The gas generator is connected to the ignition device by a conductor 18. Reference numeral 19 is an O-ring, which has the role of keeping the gap between the inner wall of the cylinder and the knife airtight even when the cutting knife slides.

The ignition device ignites the gas generating agent to generate gas. The pressure of the generated gas is applied to the cutting knife, and the knife rapidly advances inside the cylinder, and its cutting edge 15 presses the object to be cut against the inner wall of the head of the cylinder and cuts it.
この場合次に示す問題点がある。 In this case, there are the following problems.

節せねばならない。 First, the blade edge should be set at the most suitable angle for cutting, i.e. 30~
It needs to be 60°. Furthermore, the cutting knife must move its cutting edge relative to the object to be cut while maintaining its axis at 90°C. For this reason, it is necessary to adjust the cutting knife so that it always remains in the correct position, for example by inserting a shear pin into a hole that communicates the knife with the side wall of the cylinder.
