- レーザ加工装置の加工ヘツドの先端部に装着さ
れたノズルであつて、このノズルの先端チツプ部
の内側に耐熱、耐磨耗性にして高熱伝導性を備え
た材質にて形成した中空部材を設けたことを特徴

ル。
