事から布等を使つて蓋を持ち上げているのが現状
である。 現代の高齢化社会に於ては、そうした際の蓋の
持ち上げには困難を用している事から蓋の持ち手
器を考案するに至つたのであるが、現代の若者に
しても手の握力が低下している事から、持手器の
使用及び活用によつて容易に鍋料理を楽しみ味わ
う事が出来るのである。 ２ 本考案の持手器は、第２図で示す様に蓋の持
手をＡとＢとによつて挟みつけて持ち上げるもの
で、蓋の持ち手の大きさである鍋の大、小、異な
る事からスプリングを取付ける事により対応出来
る様に考案されたものである。 ３ 現在使用されている土鍋をそのまま使用して
行く事は物を大切にする事にもつながり、新らし
く考案するとすれば鉤状の物で吊るす事も考えた
が今迄使用して来た土鍋を大切にすると思う事か
