Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案はバラスト流出留め用平板に関する。
従来より、鉄道線路のバラストの流出を防止す
るバラスト流出留め用平板は存在するが、このバ
ラスト流出留め用平板を使用した鉄道線路はバラ
スト層内に雨水等が貯留すると云う欠点を有す
る。
そこで、この考案はバラスト層内に雨水等が貯
留することなく適確に外部に排出されるようにし
たバラスト流出留め用平板を目的として提案する
ものであつて、適当な間隔をおいて所要数の排水
穴１が上下端側に穿設されていると共に、上端側
の排水穴１と下端側の排水穴１とが横方向に位相
をズラして穿設されていることを特徴とするバラ
スト流出留め用平板に関するものである。
図面に示す実施例におけるバラスト流出留め用
平板はその排水穴１が上下端側に穿設されてい
て、バラスト層２内に貯留した雨水等が上下に分
流して適確に排水されるようにしてあると共にバ
ラスト層２の荷重によつて平板自体がその中央部
３から折れ破壊しないように強度上の考慮がなさ
れている。
また、前記バラスト流出留め用平板の上端側の
排水穴１と下端側の排水穴１とは横方向に位相を
ズラして穿設されていて、より適確な雨水等の排
水及び平板自体の強度上の考慮がなされている。
尚、図中４はバラスト流出留め用平板を支持す
る廃物レール材やＨ鋼等の支柱である。
以上のように構成されたこの考案に係るバラス
ト流出留め用平板は所要数の排水穴１が上下端側
に穿設されていると共に、上端側の排水穴１と下
端側の排水穴１とが横方向に位相をズラして穿設
されているので、バラスト層２内に浸透した雨水
等はその排水穴１から外部の排水溝５等に排水さ
れ、従つて、バラスト層２内に雨水等が貯留する
と云う従来のこの種の平板の欠点を解消すること
ができる。
特に、この効果は平板自体の強度上の考慮がな
されていることと共に、安全性が第１である鉄道
線路にとつて非常に有意義である。

状態を示す断面斜視図である。 図中の主な符号…１…排水穴。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 適当な間隔をおいて所要数の排水穴１が上下端
    側に穿設されていると共に、上端側の排水穴１と
    下端側の排水穴１とが横方向に位相をズラして穿
    設されていることを特徴とするバラスト流出留め
    用平板。
