軸方向他端近傍の内周側に樹脂製の環状のスラス
トワツシヤ３を配置し、前記プレート部２とスラ
ストワツシヤ３との間において筒部１の内周側に
ワンウエイクラツチ４を配置し、前記筒部１の軸
方向他端近傍に内径方向へ向けて所要数の抜け止
めリブ７を設け、前記スラストワツシヤ３の外周
縁に前記各リブ７に対応して前記リブ７を軸方向
に通過させる凹部８を設け、前記スラストワツシ
ヤ３を前記筒部１に取り付けるときに前記リブ７
が前記凹部８を通過してから前記スラストワツシ
ヤ３を回転させて前記スラストワツシヤ３を前記
