ある。 [Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal exterior walls of buildings and structures. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339 and Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882.
No., Jikko No. 54-26649, etc. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, the above board had various problems. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury from the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, which spoils the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since all boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. In addition to lacking fireproofing, fireproofing, and soundproofing properties, the board itself could not be prevented from deforming, the board itself was easily deformed, and it lacked connection strength. Furthermore, these boards lacked a three-dimensional appearance, had many looseness in joint connections, and had drawbacks such as poor waterproofness and engagement force. [Means for Solving the Problem] In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms a decorative groove whose cross section is approximately isosceles trapezoidal in the middle of the decorative surface portion, and also reduces the slope of the male and female connecting portions. The side walls are inclined outward to strengthen the board, reduce the loss of surface material in the width direction, improve economic efficiency and workability, and The present invention proposes a board in which the waterproofness of the connecting portion is improved by forming waterproof ribs that protrude in the opposite direction. [Example] Below, typical examples of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. That is, the first
The figure is a perspective view showing the board A, and 1 is a surface material, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, a steel plate plated with an aluminum-zinc alloy (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume steel plate, Superging), Metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, stainless steel plate, clad plate, vibration-damping steel plate, etc., or synthetic resin plates are formed by rolls or presses, or The board A is formed by one type of extrusion molding, 19 is a core material, 20 is a back material, and the core material 19 is integrally interposed between the front material 1 and the back material 20. To explain further, the surface material 1 has a decorative surface portion 2 , as shown in FIG.
It is composed of a male type connecting part 4 and a female type connecting part 13 . That is, the decorative surface portion 2 has at least one decorative groove 3 formed along its longitudinal direction;
horizontal decorative pieces 2a divided by decorative grooves 3;
2b. This makeup groove 3
are a diagonal piece 3a forming an obtuse angle θ 1 with the decorative piece 2a, a diagonal piece 3b forming an obtuse angle θ 2 with the decorative piece 2b, and diagonal pieces 3a, 3.
The cross section from the bottom piece 3c connecting the lower ends of b is approximately in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid. In particular, the decorative grooves 3 are intended to divide the decorative surface portion 2 into a plurality of parts, thereby increasing the mechanical strength and width of the board A, and effectively utilizing the surface material 1 .
Note that it is also possible to form a recessed portion 3d with a depth of about 0.5 to 5 mm, for example, between the diagonal piece 3a and the bottom piece 3c of the decorative groove 3. The male connecting part 4 is the decorative piece 2a
an inclined side wall 5 forming an angle θ 3 with the edge of the inclined side wall 5;
an insertion edge 6 formed with an end edge thereof protruding outward;
an engagement groove 9 having a U-shaped cross section with the insertion edge 6 as the upper edge;
Extension portion 11 that extends the lower edge 10 of the engagement groove 9 outward
and a flap-like tongue piece 12 provided at the tip of the extension part 11.
It was formed from. To explain further,
The insertion edge 6 fits into a fitting groove 16 to be described later, and has a waterproof groove 7 to prevent capillary phenomenon and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 8 formed at the tip to further improve the engagement part. This is intended to reduce backlash and strengthen the engagement force, and is also formed so that the insertion edge 6 itself exhibits a spring effect. Of course, although not shown, the insertion edge 6 may have a flat shape without the waterproof groove 7. In addition, the tongue piece 12 prevents the edge of the extension part 11 from waving, reinforces the longitudinal strength of the board A, and makes the tip of the extension part 11 like a sharp knife during construction. This helps prevent personnel from being injured and improves safety. The female connecting part 13 includes an inclined side wall 14 forming an angle of θ 4 with the decorative piece 2b, a waterproof rib 15 whose lower end protrudes outward, and a waterproof rib 15 whose tip is folded inward and then outward. The fitting groove 16 is bent to have a U-shaped cross section, and a tongue piece 18 is formed by bending the lower edge 17 of the fitting groove 16 into a seam shape. This fitting groove 16 fits the insertion edge 6 described above, the lower edge 17 engages with the engagement groove 9, and the board A
The connection structure is doubled to prevent the connection part from separating,
This is intended to strengthen waterproofness. In addition, the waterproof rib 15 functions as a waterproof base at the connecting part of the board A, and when the board A is used as a horizontal panel, the gap with the lower board A is located downward, thereby preventing rainwater from entering. It is for the purpose of Further, the tongue piece 18 prevents the tip of the lower edge 17 from waving, helps to smoothly connect the boards A, and, like the tongue piece 12, is used to ensure work safety. The core material 19 is filled in a gutter-shaped portion surrounded by at least the back surface of the decorative surface portion 2 of the surface material 1 , the back surface of the male connecting portion 4 , and the back surface of the female connecting portion 13 , and provides insulation to the board A. , cushioning properties (waterproofness), packing properties, waterproofness, moisture proofness, shape retention,
It is made of one or more materials that have at least one kind of fire retardant property. Specific examples of the core material 19 include one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and are mainly made of raw materials that are discharged, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive. It consists of one type of material, such as a material or a molded object. In addition, when using a molded body, the core material 19 and the surface material 1 ,
An adhesive (not shown) is required between the backing materials 20. To explain further, the core material 19 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as polyurethane foam resin, phenol foam resin, polyisocyanurate foam resin, polyethylene foam, polystyrene foam, or phenol foam resin around pearlite. This foam is coated with a foam that is foamed by heating and pressurizing, and these are combined with flame retardants, flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains,
It is made by adding one or more types of whitebait balloons. Although not shown, the core material 19 may be provided in a bulging manner on the back surface of the extension portion 11, or a recessed portion 19a may be formed on the back surface near the female connecting portion 13, if necessary, to improve the fit of the connecting portion of the board A. You can also. Furthermore, the backing material 20 covers at least the exposed surface of the core material 19 in the longitudinal direction, making the board A a sandwich structure, improving the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and improving the mechanical strength of the board A itself.
It is useful as a heat shielding sheet, water absorbing sheet, soundproofing sheet, packing material, etc.
Specific examples include asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe,
Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber non-woven fabric, metal thin plate, etc., or a laminate of one or more of them, or waterproof or flame-retardant treatment. It consists of sheets etc. Here, to explain the dimensional relationship of the board A using FIG. 1 and FIG. h 3 , h 4 , the height from the decorative pieces 2a, 2b to the back surface of the core material 19.
h 5 , h 6 , the width of the bottom piece 3c of the decorative groove 3 is l 1 , the length of the waterproof rib 15 is l 2 , the insertion edge 6 is from the lower end of the inclined side wall 5

Assuming that the angle between
h 3 ≒ h 4 , h 5 ≒ h 6 , l 1 ≒ l 2 , l 3 ≒ h 5 , l 4 ≒ l 6 , l 7 ≒ l 8 , and θ 1 to θ 4 are obtuse angles. Note that in order to make the appearance of the decorative groove 3 and the connecting portion closely similar, it is preferable to set θ 1 ≒ θ 4 and θ 2 ≒ θ 3 in order to give uniformity to the wall body. Next, a construction example will be described. It is now assumed that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, the board
A 1 and A 2 use a 0.27mm thick color steel plate as the surface material 1 , and aluminum kraft paper as the back material 20.
The core material 19 discharges the raw material for polyisocyanurate foam between the surface material 1 and the back material 20 and reacts.
It is foamed, then cured and integrated. Therefore, the wall base consists of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, gypsum boards, sheathing boards, etc. (The figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used)α
The extension portion 11 of the n-th board A1 is fixed to the board A1 via the nail β. Next, the lower edge 17 of the female connecting portion 13 of the n+1-th board A 2 is inserted into the engagement groove 9, and the engagement groove 16 is inserted into the insertion edge 6 of the board A 1 , as shown in FIG. This is to form a horizontal joint part γ as shown in FIG. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, the steps described above may be performed from the base to the girder. The wall formed in this way has excellent waterproof properties at the joints. In addition,
