This creates a gap, which causes problems such as rainwater, dirt, dust, etc. passing through parts such as the above-mentioned door, which are constructed by connecting these plate materials, and also causes the hinge to be exposed to the outside, causing damage to the parts. This caused inconveniences such as spoiling the appearance of the product.

No. 160021 (refer to Utility Model Application Publication No. 60-68178) discloses a pair of synthetic resin mounting members that are attached to the respective ends of predetermined plate materials in order to connect them, and a pair of synthetic resin mounting members that are attached to the respective ends of the respective boards in the width direction. A longitudinal continuous bending joint that includes a longitudinal band-shaped connecting member with excellent bending resistance that is buried and integrally fixed, and that bendably connects the predetermined plate material to which the mounting member is attached. Proposed. According to such a continuous bending joint, it is possible to eliminate all of the above-mentioned problems that occur when plate materials are connected by hinges or thin-walled portions.

つた。 However, in such continuous bending joints, a band-shaped embedded part such as cloth or a resin sheet that is buried in the mounting member completely separates the synthetic resin parts of the mounting member located on both sides thereof is used as the connecting member. In this case, it is not always possible to obtain a sufficiently large adhesion force between the connecting member and the synthetic resin part that narrows it, and therefore, a large force may be applied between the connecting member and the mounting member in the direction of peeling them apart. When this occurs, there is a risk that the adhering portion may peel off relatively easily.

At the same time, the weave of the cloth can be improved by roughening the weave of the cloth or by piercing the cloth with a predetermined needle-like member in the band-shaped buried part of the cloth buried in the mounting member. The eyes are expanded to form a through hole through which the synthetic resin constituting the mounting member can enter, and the synthetic resin parts located on both sides of the strip-shaped buried part are penetrated through the synthetic resin that has entered the through hole. The reason is that they are connected together.

Therefore, even if a large force acts between the connecting member and the mounting member in a direction that causes them to separate, the close contact portion between them will not easily separate.

is a pair of elongated attachment members 16, 16 formed by extrusion molding, and includes a pair of elongated attachment members 16, 16 that extend continuously along the connecting portion of each plate material 10, 10, and the attachment members 16, 16 are attached to the attachment members 16, 16. It is comprised of a longitudinal band-shaped canvas 20 as a connecting member that is continuously connected in the longitudinal direction. When the pair of attachment members 16, 16 are extruded, the canvas 20 is
16 is continuously fed in the extrusion direction, and its widthwise both sides are embedded and fixed between the synthetic resin forming the mounting members 16, 16 at the same time as the mounting members 16, 16 are molded. , This allows the joint 14 to be integrally molded. The synthetic resin material of the mounting members 16, 16 is polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, etc., and the canvas 20 is made of a material with excellent bending resistance made of woven fibers such as vinylon (registered trademark). things are adopted.

The portion of a predetermined width adjacent to the portion 30 and the exposed portion 30 are made dense to effectively prevent the passage of rainwater, dust, etc., and to sufficiently withstand repeated bending operations. , the weave is uniformly coarsened in the portions of both buried portions 32 located outside the densely woven portion, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, such a coarse weave is formed. 34
The synthetic resin constituting the mounting member 16 is allowed to enter the fibers 36 constituting the canvas 20, and the fibers 36 constituting the canvas 20 are surrounded and fixed by the integrally molded synthetic resin. In other words, the synthetic resin that has entered the weave 34 of the buried portion 32 connects the synthetic resin portions located on both sides of the buried portion 32 together. Note that, as is clear from this, in this embodiment, such buried portion 3
The roughened texture 34 of No. 2 is used as a through hole.

Therefore, the canvas 20 and each mounting member 1
6 was fixed extremely firmly, and its durability was significantly improved, allowing it to withstand even harsher usage conditions. Incidentally, FIG. 4 shows an example in which an accordion-type door is constructed by connecting a large number of plates 10 using the above-mentioned joint 14. According to such an accordion-type door, There are various benefits associated with the adoption of continuous bending joints, such as improved appearance, prevention of dirt and dust, replacement of only damaged parts, improvement of overall service life through repair, and simplification of assembly and disassembly. Not only can the mechanical strength of the joint 14 be increased to improve its durability, but the buried portion of the connecting member completely separates the synthetic resin that constitutes the mounting member 16 on both sides. Compared to the case where the joint 14 is buried in a state where the joint 14 is buried, the joint 14 can be handled more roughly, and the frequency of repair and replacement of the joint 14 can be reduced.

Similar to canvas, the weave is dense throughout, and in the buried portion 32 of the canvas 20, part of the weave is forcibly expanded, and both sides of the buried portion 32 are This embodiment differs from the previous embodiment in that the synthetic resin located in the opening is integrally connected by the synthetic resin that has penetrated into the expanded weave 42. In other words, in the joint 40 of this embodiment, the forcibly expanded weave 42 serves as a through hole.

継手。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A pair of synthetic resin mounting members that are respectively attached to the ends of predetermined plate materials to connect them, and a pair of synthetic resin mounting members whose widthwise ends are respectively embedded in the mounting members and integrated. A longitudinal continuous bending joint that is provided with a longitudinal band-shaped connecting member that is fixed to the outside and has excellent bending resistance, and that bendably connects the predetermined plate material to which the mounting member is attached, the connecting member is made of cloth, and by roughening the weave of the cloth or by piercing the cloth with a predetermined needle-like member in the band-shaped buried portion of the cloth to be buried in the mounting member. The weave of the cloth is expanded to form a through hole through which the synthetic resin constituting the mounting member can enter, and the synthetic resin located on both sides of the strip-shaped buried portion is inserted through the synthetic resin that has entered the through hole. A continuous bending joint characterized by integrally connecting resin parts. (2) The mounting member has a U-shaped cross section into which the end of the predetermined plate material is fitted, and the distance between opposing plate-shaped clamping portions of the U-shape is at least as large as 2. The continuous bending joint according to claim 1, wherein the continuous bending joint is made narrower in part than the thickness of the plate material so that the plate material is elastically clamped by the clamping parts.
