Claims (1)
- パイプ１の一端に設けたノズル２からパイプ１
内に高圧水を噴射し、これによつて生ずる負圧を
利用してパイプ１の側面の吸引口４から気体を吸
引する真空発生装置において、ノズル２の内部に
その先端部付近へ少量の外気を供給する第１の外
気導入口５を設けるとともに、パイプ１の側面に
もノズル２の外側に少量の外気を供給する第２の
外気導入口６を設けたことを特徴とする真空発生
装置。
