Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ミルクを一定量だけ取込み可能な透光性の
測定槽と、 該測定槽に取込んだミルクを撹拌する手段と、 前記測定槽を挟んで配置され、該測定槽の透光
度を測定する投受光手段と、 該投受光手段を測定槽の上下方向にスキヤンす
る手段と、を備え、 測定槽の上下方向の透光度の変化から、ミルク
の沈降性を測定することを特徴とする苛性化工程
におけるミルクの沈降性測定装置。 (2) 請求項１に記載の測定槽におけるミルクの
上澄み液を、アルカリ濃度分析用の試料として用
いることを特徴とする苛性化工程におけるミルク
のアルカリ濃度測定装置。
