孔内を流れる粘性流体の流れに応じて前後動する
マグネツト製若しくはマグネツトを内設した被検
出体が内装され、且つこの被検出体は復帰用バネ
によつて一方向へ向かつて付勢されるとともに、
前記貫通孔に隣接してリードスイツチ若しくはホ
ール素子等の磁気検知手段が配置され、前記マグ
ネツトの前後動を磁気検知手段により検知するこ
とで流体の流れを検知するフローセンサーにおい
て、 ケーシング1内に設けた貫通孔1aの一端側1
bに、一端面3aを受圧面となしたピストン3が
嵌挿されたシリンダ金具2を挿入固定し、前記貫
通孔1aの他端側1cより、前記貫通孔1aより
小径となしたマグネツト6と、このマグネツト6
を一端側に付勢するバネ5を順次挿入してマグネ
ツト6で前記ピストン3を押圧すると共に、上記
シリンダ金具2の外周に形成した小径部2b外面
と貫通孔1a内周面との間に形成される空間4を
前記他端側1cと常時連通させ、且つピストン3
が一定距離X摺動したとき、ピストン嵌合孔2c
内空間と前記空間4とを連通させる連通路2dを
シリンダ金具2に開設し、更にこの連通路2dよ
