- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ドライバの出力側にコンパレータの入力側が接
続され、そのドライバから試験信号を被試験ＩＣ
素子へ供給してその被試験ＩＣ素子の出力を監視
するＩＣ試験装置において、 上記コンパレータ及びドライバの接続点とその
コンパレータの出力側との間にスイツチを介して
抵抗器が接続されていることを特徴とするＩＣ試
験装置。
