Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円筒状のプロテクタ本体と、このプロテク
タ本体に固定された入射Ｘ線通過部と、前記プロ
テクタ本体に移動可能に取り付けられた回折Ｘ線
通過部とを有し、前記プロテクタ本体の側面には
窓が形成され、前記回折Ｘ線通過部が前記窓に沿
つて移動するように構成されたＸ線回折ゴニオメ
ータのＸ線プロテクタにおいて、 前記窓は、複数の鎧板からなる鎧戸によつて覆
われ、前記鎧板は、前記回折Ｘ線通過部と共に移
動するガイド部材によつて、前記回折Ｘ線通過部
の移動方向と交差する方向に移動可能であること
を特徴とするＸ線プロテクタ。 (2) 前記窓の前記入射Ｘ線通過部に近い部分に
は前記鎧板の代わりに回動可能な遮蔽板があり、
この遮蔽板は前記ガイド部材によつて前記窓から
離れる方向に開くことができることを特徴とする
請求項１記載のＸ線プロテクタ。
