Conventional preparative methods have mainly involved making a hole at the bottom of a centrifuge tube and collecting the dripping liquid after centrifugation, or inserting a thin tube into the centrifuge tube and sucking it up with a pump or the like. The former had the disadvantage that it could not be reused because it created a hole in the centrifuge tube. Furthermore, since the latter method uses a pump, it is inconvenient to require a power source for driving.

In this invention, the centrifuge tube after centrifugation is held in a transparent holder, a cylinder is inserted from the top, and an O-ring is installed at the tip of the cylinder to prevent the liquid in the centrifuge tube from being discharged from the gap. A capillary was provided so that the liquid remained in the cylinder through the capillary. The centrifuge tube is moved upward by rotating a screw provided at the bottom. The liquid in the centrifugal tube moves upward through the capillary of the cylinder. Since the liquid in the centrifugal tube moves only from the thin tube portion, it does not disturb the separation layer. Since the liquid inside the cylinder is located above through a thin tube, we have devised a way to prevent it from mixing with the lower layer.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A main stopper 2, a main stopper 3, and a screw stopper 4 are fixed to the base 1. A rotatable screw 5 is attached to the screw plug 4. The main stopper 2 and stopper 3 are fixed to a base 6. A holder 7 is attached to the base 6 and is replaceable according to the size of the centrifuge tube. A tube holder 9 attached to the top of the screw 5 is provided inside the bottom of the holder 7. The tube holder 9 is fixed via a slip ring 8. Even if the screw 5 rotates, the tube holder does not rotate. An upper holder 10 is fixed to the main stopper 2 with a set screw 12. A cylinder 15 can be fixed to the upper holder 10. O for cylinder 15

Fixed at 0. By rotating the screw 5, the separated liquid 14 passes through the capillary tube 16 of the cylinder 15 and remains in the cylinder as a fractionated liquid 18. The fractionated liquid 18 is fractionated from the hole 11 of the upper holder 10 using a pipette or the like. By sequentially rotating the screw 5, it is possible to perform fractionation intermittently.
