Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.蒸留装置であって、 ハウジングと、 蒸発部及び凝縮部を有すると共に前記ハウジングの中に設けられる蒸発凝縮器と 、 蒸留されるべき液体を蒸発凝縮器の蒸発部の中へ供給するための手段と、前記蒸 発凝縮器の中に真空を発生するための手段と、前記蒸発部の中で発生した蒸気を 蒸発凝縮器の前記凝縮部の中へ搬送するための送風機と、を備えて成り、 該蒸発凝縮器(25;32)が少なくとも実質的に閉止されたメンプレンの対( 13)を複数備えており、該複数のメンプレンの対の間の空間が前記蒸発凝縮器 の前記蒸発部を形成し、また前記メンプレンの各対(13)の中の空間か前記蒸 発凝縮器の前記凝縮部を形成することを特徴とする蒸留装置。 2.請求項1の蒸留装置において、前記メンプレンの対(13)がプラスチック フィルムあるいはこれと同等の材料かも形成さわることを特徴とする蒸留装置。 3.請求項1の蒸留装置において、前記メンプレンの各対(13)が個別に取り 外し可能であることを特徴とする蒸留装置。 4.請求項1の蒸留装置において、前記メンプレンの各対(113)のためのサ ポート(14)が蒸留されるべき液体のための供給液溜(19)の底部を形成し 、また前記サポート(14)が液体分配チユーブ(20)のための溝(24)を 含むことを特徴とする蒸留装置。 5.請求項4の蒸留装置において、前記サポート(14)がそれぞれのメンプレ ンの対(13)の中に設けちれ、該サポート(14)の側部には蒸気を供給する ための開口が設けられ、前記メンプレンの各対(13)は該蒸気開口の縁部にお いてクランプ(16)で互いに固定されていることを特徴とする蒸気装置。 6.請求項1の蒸留装置において、前記メンプレンの各対(13)は蒸発凝縮器 (25)の上部に設けられたサポート(17)、(18)上にたるんだ状態で垂 下しており、前記メンプレンの各対(13)の下部は傾斜すると共に排出チュー ブ(22)を有していることを特徴とする蒸留装置。 7.請求項1の蒸留装置において、各メンプレンの対(13)のメンプレンはル ポット溶接部(23)あるいはこれと同等のものにより互いに接合されているこ とを特徴とする蒸留装置。 8.請求項1の蒸留装置において、前記送風機(35)はその駆動電動機(36 )と共に前記ハウジング(31)の中に組み込まれていることを特徴とする蒸留 装置。 9.請求項8の蒸留装置において、前記駆動電動機(36)の軸受けと前記送風 機(36)の羽根車(35a)との間にシールユニット(40)が装着され、該 シールユニットは蒸気が電動機(36)の軸受けに流れることを防止しているこ とを特徴とする蒸留装置。 10.請求項8の蒸留装置において、前記送風機(35)およびこの送風機の駆 動電動機(36)のためのスペース(42)が前記ハウジング(31)の中に区 画されており、該スペース(42)から、前記蒸発凝縮器(2)の凝縮ユニット ヘの圧力連絡及び前記蒸発凝縮器の蒸発ユニットヘの流体連絡がなされているこ とを特徴とする蒸留装置。
