Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.約50〜i10,000重量ppmの2−クロロ−1,1−ジフルオロ−エ チレン(R−1122)を含有する1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(R −134a)から不純物を除去する方法であって、該1,1,1,2−テトラフ ルオロエタンを温度−10°〜100℃、圧力100〜860kPaで3.8〜 4.8Åの平均細孔寸法を有するゼオライト上を通過させ、そして10重量pp m未満の2−クロロ−1,1−ジフルオロ−エチレンを含有する1,1,1,2 −テトラフルオロエタンを回収することを特徴とする前記方法。 2.前記ゼオライトが5A合成ゼオライトである請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法 。 3.前記ゼオライトがカルシウム菱沸石である請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.前記ゼオライトがゼオライト粒子の固定床であり、前記1,1,1,2−テ トラフルオロエタンの気体時間当り空間速度が130〜3600/時である請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.前記ゼオライトが900℃で6重量%未満の強熱減量を与えるようにか焼成 されたものである請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 6.前記ゼオライトがゼオライト粒子の固定床であり、前記1,1,1,2−テ トラフルオロエタンの液体時間当り空間速度が1〜30/時である請求の範囲第 1項に記載の方法。 7.約500〜10,000重量ppmの2−クロロ−1,1−ジフルオロ−エ チレンを含有する1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンから不純物を除去する 方法であって、前記1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンを温度−10°〜1 00℃、圧力100〜860kPaで3.8〜4.8Åの平均細孔寸法を有する 炭素モレキュラーシーブ上を通過させ、そして10重量ppm未満の2−クロロ −1,1−ジフルオロ−エチレンを含有する1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエ タンを回収することを特徴とする前記方法。 8.前記炭素モレキュラーシーブが炭素粒子の固定床であり、前記1,1,1, 2−テトラフルオロエタンの気体時間当り空間速度が130〜3600/時であ る請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。 9.前記炭素モレキュラーシーブが炭素粒子の固定床であり、前記1,1,1, 2−テトラフルオロエタンの液体時間当り空間速度が1〜30/時である請求の 範囲第7項に記載の方法。
