Description
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は自動車等の車輌の床敷きに用いる成形
カーペツトの加熱装置に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
自動車等の車輌の床敷きに用いるカーペツトは
床形状に適合させるために所定形状に成形され
る。そのためにはカーペツトの裏面にポリエチレ
ンシートのような成形性のあるプラスチツクシー
トを貼着し、該プラスチツクシートを加熱軟化さ
せてから成形型にセツトして冷間押圧成形する。
従来、カーペツトのプラスチツクシートを加熱
軟化させるには第5図に示すような装置が用いら
れている。図において1は遠赤外ランプ2を内設
した箱型加熱炉であり、該加熱炉1の両側縁上方
には一対のレール3が配置され、該レール3上に
ピン41を取付けた支持具4を前後に一対ずつ摺
動自在に配する。そしてプラスチツクシート51
を裏打ちしたカーペツト5の四隅を支持具4のピ
ン41に引掛けて加熱炉1上に支持することによ
つてプラスチツクシート51を加熱軟化させる。
その後カーペツト5を支持具4を介して第5図矢
印イ方向に手で引張り図示しない成形型にセツト
する。
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
上記従来技術においては加熱炉上面とカーペツ
ト裏面との間に隙間が生じ、その隙間から熱が逃
散すること、カーペツトの四隅を支持具によつて
支持するのであるが、カーペツトをたるみなく支
持することは殆んど不可能であり、中央部が加熱
手段に接近して選択的に加熱される結果プラスチ
ツクシートの加熱むらを生じること、更にこのよ
うなたるみによりカーペツトが加熱時に収縮等の
熱変形を起すこと等の問題点がある。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本考案は上記従来の問題点を解決する手段とし
て、加熱手段2を内設した箱型加熱炉1の上面に
ネツト11を張設し、該加熱炉1の両側縁上方に
はカーペツトの支持具4を摺動自在に設置した一
対のレール3を配し、該レール3を上下に移動可
能としたことを特徴とする成形カーペツト5の加
熱装置を提供するものである。
〔作用〕
上記構成にもとづく本考案の作用は下記の通り
である。
カーペツトを支持具で支持して加熱炉上に位置
させ、レールを下方に移動させてカーペツトを加
熱炉のネツト上にのせる。そして加熱手段によつ
てカーペツトのプラスチツクシートを加熱軟化さ
せる。この時プラスチツクシートは軟化してネツ
トに若干粘着する。加熱が完了したらレールを上
方へ移動させてカーペツトをネツトからはがす。
その後レール上の支持具を介してカーペツトを成
形型側へ移送する。
〔考案の効果〕
したがつて本考案においては加熱炉をカーペツ
トで蓋するような状態でカーペツトを加熱するか
ら熱が殆んど逃げず熱効率が格段に向上するこ
と、加熱時にカーペツトのプラスチツクシートが
ネツトに粘着するからカーペツトの収縮等の熱変
形が抑制されること、加熱時カーペツトはネツト
により支持されるからカーペツトは少なくとも後
端を支持具によつて支持されておればよく、四隅
を支持する必要がないから支持具の取付け数が少
なくてすむこと、したがつてレールもその分短か
く出来ること、カーペツトをたるみなく加熱炉上
におくことが出来るから、加熱が均一に行われる
こと、と云つた効果が奏せられる。
〔実施例〕
本考案を第1図〜第4図に示す一実施例によつ
て説明すれば、1は箱型加熱炉であり遠赤外ラン
プのような加熱手段2が内設され、上面にはネツ
ト11が張設される。該加熱炉1の両側縁上方に
は一対のレール3が配置されるが該レール3は後
方に若干低くなる傾斜をつけられる。該レール3
にはローラ42を介して摺動自在に支持具4が設
置され該支持具4からはピン41が差出される。
レール3は前端で一対の油圧シリンダー6のピス
トン杆61により、後端中央で一つの油圧シリン
ダー7のピストン杆71によつて上下に移動可能
に支持されている。更にレール3の前端にはスプ
リング91を付した緩衝器9が夫々取付けられ、
後端にはリミツトスイツチ8およびストツパー3
1が取付けられている。
上記構成においてプラスチツクシート51を裏
打ちしたカーペツト5の後端四隅を支持具4のピ
