Description
Claims (21)
- 1.医療用の精製粒子状骨鉱質生成物であってその鉱質の粒子はすべての内因性 有機物質を実質的に含有せず、少なくともその表面には吸収可能な生理的に適合 性のある天然または合成巨大分子物質を有する生成物。
- 2.個々の粒子それぞれに巨大分子物質が含浸されている請求項1記載の生成物 。
- 3.巨大分子物質と精製骨鉱質の重量比は1:10〜4:1の範囲にある請求項 2記載の生成物。
- 4.巨大分子物質と精製骨鉱質の重量比は1:8〜1:2の範囲にある請求項2 記載の生成物。
- 5.巨大分子物質は蛋白質または多糖類である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の 生成物。
- 6.巨大分子物質は骨ゼラチンである請求項5記載の生成物。
- 7.巨大分子物質はデキストランである請求項5記載の生成物。
- 8.巨大分子物質は0.2〜2重量%のホルムアルデヒドで架橋されたゼラチン である請求項5記載の生成物。
- 9.巨大分子物質は粒子状骨鉱質に対するマトリックスを提供する請求項1記載 の生成物。
- 10.巨大分子物質は繊維性である請求項9記載の生成物。
- 11.繊維性巨大分子物質はコラーゲンである請求項10記載の生成物。
- 12.巨大分子物質はゲル形成巨大分子物質を包含する請求項9〜11のいずれ かに記載の生成物。
- 13.繊維性物質と骨鉱質の重量比は1:20〜3:20の範囲にある請求項1 0〜12のいずれかに記載の生成物。
- 14.ゲル相の量は骨拡質の2〜8重量%である請求項12または10記載の生 成物。
- 15.精製骨鉱質は粒子状の骨の厳密な脱脂およびそのアンモニアまたは有機ア ミン処理による残留した蛋白質の分解ついで徹底的な水洗によって製造される請 求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の生成物。
- 16.骨鉱質は1種または2種以上の吸着された薬剤または他の生理活性物質を 支持する請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の生成物。
- 17.骨鉱質はタウロリジンおよび/またはタウラルタムを支持する請求項16 記載の生成物。
- 18.骨鉱質または巨大分子物質は1種または2種以上の骨再生を補助できる蛋 白質またはポリペプチドを支持する請求項16記載の生成物。
- 19.蛋白質またはポリペプチドは、有糸分裂誘導因子、形態発生もしくは血管 形成増殖因子、悪性化骨増殖因子、骨素またはオステオポイエチンを包含する請 求項16記載の生成物。
- 20.平均直径が0.1〜10mmの範囲にある粒子の形態である請求項1〜1 9のいずれかに記載の生成物。
- 21.請求項1記載の骨鉱質生成物のリモデリング移植骨または人工骨置換体と しての使用。
