タ装置の概略縦断面図、第２図は、フイルタデイ
スクに対する洗浄パイプの配置関係を説明するた
めの第１図矢視−線に沿う断面図、第３図は
、本考案の原理を説明するための、濾過ゾーン、
脱水ゾーン、洗浄ゾーンの配置関係を説明するた
めの線図、第４図は、同じく各ゾーンにおける水
分率を表わした線図、第５図及び第６図は、上記
デイスクフイルタ装置における第３図及び第４図
相当の線図、第７図及び第８図は、本考案の他の
実施例における第３図及び第４図相当の線図、第
９図は、上記洗浄パイプによつて噴霧する温水の
量を制御する機構を示すブロツク線図、第１０図
及び第１１図は、従来のデイスクフイルタ装置に
おける濾過ゾーン及び脱水ゾーンを示す第３図及
び第４図相当の線図、第１２図は、従来行われて
いたデイスクフイルタ装置によつて回収されたラ

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数のフイルタデイスクを直立させ、該フ
イルタデイスクの一部がタンク内のホワイトミル
ク内に浸漬するように位置決めした状態でこれを
軸周りに回転させ、タンク内下部のホワイトミル
ク内通過によるライムマツドの付着、タンク内上
部の気相部通過による付着したライムマツドの脱
水、及び再びホワイトミルク内に入る直前での脱
水後に残つたライムマツドの掻き取り、を連続し
て実行するように構成した苛性化設備におけるデ
イスクフイルタ装置において、 前記フイルタデイスクの前記気相部通過部位の
一部に、該フイルタデイスクに向けて温水を噴霧
する手段を付設したことを特徴とする苛性化設備
におけるデイスクフイルタ装置。 (2) 請求項１において、前記噴霧手段によつて
噴霧される温水の水滴径が３００μ以下とされた
ことを特徴とする苛性化設備におけるデイスクフ
イルタ装置。 (3) 請求項１又は２において、前記噴霧手段に
よつて噴霧される温水のフイルタデイスク単位面
積当りの噴霧量が、３．５m3／m2・ｈ以下とされ
たことを特徴とする苛性化設備におけるデイスク
フイルタ装置。
