装置の一部縦断側面図である。 図中、Ｐは粉塵、Ｗはワーク、Ｈは粉塵飛散側
、３は水（洗浄液）、４は沈澱槽部（沈澱槽）、
５は濾過槽部（濾過槽）、７は汚水フイルタ（汚
液濾過フイルタ）、１４は高速カツター（ワーク
加工機）、１９はフアン、２０はフード、２８は
フイルタ容器、２９は噴射ノズル（洗浄液噴射ノ
ズル）、３１はポンプ（循環ポンプ）、３７はカ
ツター刃（刃物）を示す。

Claims (1)
- ワークまたは刃物を回転して刃物により、ワー
クの加工を行うワーク加工機の集塵装置において
、前記ワーク加工機の粉塵飛散側を覆うフードを
設け、該フード内に、前記粉塵を捕集する粉塵フ
イルタと、該粉塵フイルタに洗浄液を噴射する洗
浄液噴射ノズルと、粉塵の含まれた空気を前記粉
塵フイルタ内へ導入するためのフアンとを設け、
前記粉塵フイルタの下方に洗浄された前記粉塵を
洗浄液とともに貯溜する沈澱槽を設け、該沈澱槽
に汚液濾過フイルタを介して濾過槽を連設し、該
濾過槽内に流入した前記洗浄液を前記洗浄液噴射
ノズルへ供給する循環ポンプを設けたことを特徴
とするワーク加工機の集塵装置。
