Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1)ラムダセンサ回路から出力される出力電圧値を用いてラムダセンサの内部抵 抗を検出する方法において、オンオフされる直流逆電圧を直列抵抗を介してセン サに印加し、逆電圧をオンしたとき並びにオフしたときの出力電圧を測定し、 前記各出力電圧の値、直列抵抗の値、逆電圧の値並びに、必要に応じてラムダセ ンサ回路の他の抵抗の値から内部抵抗を計算することを特徴とするラムダセンサ の内部抵抗検出方法。 2)逆電圧をオンオフするとき小さなデューティ比を用い、センサの直流電圧負 荷を可能な限り小さくすることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3)オン時間が300μsで100Hzのオンオフ周波数を用いることを特徴と する請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4)ラムダセンサ回路から出力される出力電圧値を用いてラムダセンサの内部抵 抗を検出する装置において、直列抵抗(14)を有する直流電圧源(11)と、 直流電圧源の電圧をオンオフさせてセンサ(10)に印加させるスイッチ(15 )とから構成されることを特徴とするラムダセンサの内部抵抗検出装置。 5)ラムダセンサ回路から出力される出力電圧値を用いてラムダセンサの内部抵 抗を検出する方法、特に請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいずれか1項に記載 の方法において、検出した内部抵抗値を薄い及び濃いラムダ値に対する所定の関 係を用いて補正することを特徴とするラムダセンサの内部抵抗検出方法。 6)センサ内部抵抗の目標値とセンサ内部抵抗のそれぞれの測定値間の差から得 られる制御偏差を用いてセンサの加熱を制御する方法において、 周波数が一定でデューティ比が可変の加熱電圧をオンオフし、前記デューティ比 を制御偏差の値に従って変化させることを特徴とするセンサ加熱制御方法。 7)前記周波数が20〜100Hzであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に 記載の方法。 8)センサ電圧が最小値以下になり、この場合内部抵抗を検出できない内部抵抗 検出方法が用いられるとき、内部抵抗の実際値を強制的に段階的に増大させるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項又は第7項に記載の方法。
