- (1)a.第1の電極と第2の電極を有する試料セルの中に分析すべき試料を入 れ、 b.試料を、酸化剤と緩衝剤とともに混合し、c.電極及び試料に電位を加え、 d.電流を測定し、その電流値から試料の中にある所定化合物の濃度を決定する 、 工程からなる体液内にある所定化合物の量を測定する方法
- (2)化合物は、グルコース、コレステロール、TSH、T4、ホルモン、不整 脈抗剤、癲癇抗剤及び非治療性薬剤からなる群から選択される請求の範囲第1項 に記載の方法。
- (3)酸化剤は、ベンゾキノーン、フェリシアン化物、フェリシアン化物、ツユ リシニウム、コバルト(III)、トリスオルトフェナントロレン、及びコバル ト(III)ジピリジルからなる群から選択される請求の範囲第1項に記載の方 法。
- (4)試料セルの電極は、標準電極と作用電極を有している請求の範囲第1項に 記載の方法。
- (5)a.貫通する開口を有する第1の非導電性基板と、第2の非導電性基板と 、 b.第2の非導電性基板の上に設けられた、金属化した第1の電極と、 c.第1の電極の上に設けられた、第2の電極、とから構成され、第1の電極は 第2の電極の上に位置し、これら電極を基板の間に介在させた層状体を形成し、 電極に露出する開口が試料入れを構成している、試料セル。
- (6)第1の電極は標準電極であり、第2の電極は作用電極である請求の範囲第 5項に記載の試料セル。
- (7)第1の非導電性基板、第2の非導電性基板、第1の金属化した電極、第2 の金属化した電極から構成され、第1の電極は第2の基板の上に配備され、第2 の電極は、第1の基板と第2の基板との間に非導電性の基板を介在させた非導電 性の基板を含んでおり、第1の基板及び第2の基板を貫く開口によって試料入れ を構成している、試料セル。
- (8)第1の電極は作用電極、第2の電極は標準電極であり、第2の電極の開口 は、第1の基板の開口よりも小さい請求の範囲第7項に記載の試料セル。
- (9)第1の電極は標準電極であり、第2の電極は作用電極である請求の範囲第 7項に記載の試料セル。
- (10)第1の非導電性基板、第2の非導電性基板、作用電極及び標準電極から 構成され、標準電極は、第2基板上の金属化層であり、作用電極は、第1及び第 2の基板の間の非導電性支持層上の金属化層であり、作用電極は、コンポルート 部を備え、該コンポルート部を貫く開口によって試料入れを構成し、作用電極の 開口の位置に揃えて第1の基板を貫く開口を形成している、試料セル。
- (11)第1の基板に、一対のノッチ部を形成して作用電極の接触エリアと標準 電極の接触エリアを構成し、作用電極に、第1の基板のノッチ部の下方にノッチ 部を形成して標準電極の接触エリアを構成している請求の範囲第10項に記載の 試料セル。
- (12)a.ハウジングと、 b.ハウジング内に配備され、測定すべき試料を含む試料セルの電極と電気的に 接触できるようにした電気接点を有する回路基板と、 c.第1の電極、第2の電極及び分析すべき試料を収容する試料入れを有する試 料セルと、 d.ハウジングに設けられ、試料セルをハウジング内に挿入して電気接点と接触 できるようにするための開口と、 e.電位を電極に加えるための手段と、f.試料を流れる電流を測定するための 手段と、から構成される血液グルコースの測定装置。
- (13)試料を流れる電流を測定するための手段は、マイクロプロセッサーを有 している請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置。
- (14)窓部は、試料セルが挿入されると、試料セルに振動を与え、電位を加え る手段を有している請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置。
- (15)試料セルの電極は、標準電極と、作用電極を有している請求の範囲第1 2項に記載の装置。
