Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 1.固体吸収剤を使ってガス流から硫化物を除去する方法において、スズ、酸化 スズあるいはそれらの混合物、および任意的に加えられる安定化成分を含む固体 吸収剤を用い、硫化物を含むガス流を固体吸収剤に接触させる段階;固体吸収剤 を硫化させ、ガス流を脱硫する段階;硫化された吸収剤を水蒸気流に接触させて 再生する段階の諸段階を経ることを特徴とする方法。
- 2.硫化物含有ガス流を200℃ないし600℃の範囲内の温度において吸収剤 と接触させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 3.硫化された吸収剤を300℃と500℃のあいだの温度において水蒸気流と 接触させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 4.請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか1つに記載の方法において用いら れる再生可能の固体吸収剤において、吸収成分としてスズ、酸化スズ、またはそ れらの混合物、および任意的に加えられる安定化成分を含むことを特徴とする吸 収剤。
- 5.吸収成分および任意的に加えられる安定化成分が担体材料に支持されること を特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の吸収剤。
- 6.担体材料がアルミナおよびチタニアからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第5項に記載の吸収剤。
- 7.安定化成分が銅、ニッケル、コバルト、鉄、およびそれらの酸化物からなる 群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項ないし第6項のいずれか1つ に記載の吸収剤。
- 8.安定化成分が酸化鉄であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項ないし第6項 のいずれか1つに記載の吸収剤。
- 9.活性吸収成分が吸収剤の少なくとも5重量%を構成することを特徴とする請 求の範囲第4項ないし第8項のいずれか1つに記載の吸収剤。
- 10.安定化成分が活性吸収成分の0.01原子%から20原子%を構成するこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項ないし第9項のいずれか1つに記載の吸収剤。
