【発明の詳細な説明】
プラッシュ状清掃布の製造方法及びこの方法によって製造された清掃布または清
掃手袋本発明は、熱可塑性パイル糸の被覆材を熱可塑性糸からなる基本構造に温
度約４２３〜４３３Ｋ （１５０〜１６０℃）下で溶接によって定着せしめる、
パイル生地からプラッシュ状清掃布を製造する方法に関する。この種類の清掃布
は、熱可塑性パイル糸を使用するため、化学薬品を付加せずとも、木綿糸に比べ
清掃効果が著しく大きく、特に衛生施設の清掃に役立つ、その高い清掃力は、熱
可塑性パイル糸の削り取り効果に基づいている。
本発明は、塗装ローラの基体のためのパイル生地！１１張り布について実用新案
明細書８１１９６０４に記載されている方法を前提とする。
本発明の課題は、冒頭に記載した方法によって製造されたパイル生地からなるプ
ラッシュ状清掃布の清掃効果をさらに高めることである１本発明においてこの課
題は、被覆材を製造する際に、種々の溶解及び収縮温度特性を有するパイル糸を
面状分布において使用し、パイル糸の第１の部分量が溶接温度下で収縮し、パイ
ル糸の第２の部分量が収縮しないか、または第１の部分量より収縮が小さくなる
ようにすることによって解決される。
この方法により、被覆材が面状分布において著しく収縮したパイル糸を有する清
掃布が得られる。これらのパイル糸は収縮した、すなわち縮れた構造のため、他
の収縮しないか、または僅かしか収縮しない平滑なパイル糸より高い削り取り効
果を発揮する。他方、平滑なパイル糸自体は毛管作用によって十分な吸水能力を
有する。第１の部分量の収縮したパイル糸の高い削り取り効果は、パイル糸が拭
き取り動作において清掃せらるべき面に接触すると、これらのパイル糸は不規則
に縮れた構造のびることに基づいている。これと反対に、第２の部分量の平滑な
、収縮しないか、または収縮が少ないパイル糸は、拭き取り方向に配向している
。
パイル糸の第１の部分量を全量の約６０％とすると有利であることが分かった。
残りの４０％の収縮しないか、または収縮が少ないパイル糸は、水を貯蔵する毛
管作用にとって十分である。
さらに、溶接温度下で定着する前に、被覆材を全てのパイル糸が均等な長さにな
るように切断することが推奨される。この方法によって、第１の部分量の著しく
収縮したパイル糸は、収縮しないか、または収縮が少ないパイル糸より一様に短
くなる。
通常の清掃布として、本発明による方法で製造された清掃布は、一般に公知のよ
うに１周囲が縁取りされている。しがしながら、清掃布は清掃手袋として既製す
ることもできる。さらに、本発明による方法で製造された清掃布は１例えばＤＥ
−ＰＳ２８４４１８５による窓清掃具の上張り布として、または馬ぐしでこすっ
た後の馬の毛皮の手入れに適している。
以下に、本発明による方法の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
第１図は、パイル生地部分の拡大図を表す。
第２図は、露出表面を一部取り除いた清掃手袋の平面図を表す。
プラッシュ状清掃布のためのパイル生地の基本構造は、熱可塑性材料、なるべく
はポリエステル繊維からなる縦糸２及び横糸３を具備する織物１からなる。ｉ＆
本繊織物代わりに、編成した面状形成物または不織布を用いることもできる。公
知のように、基本織物１は熱可塑性パイル糸４及び５からなる被覆材を設けてい
る。この場合、例えばダブル・プラッシュ法により、長さ１２〜１８＋＋＋＋ｍ
のパイル糸を、赤外線などを用いて温度４２３〜４３３Ｋ （１５０〜１６０℃
）の温度下で溶接によって基本織物に定着せしめる。
パイル糸全量の約６０％の第１の部分量のパイル糸４を面状分布において使用す
る。これらのパイル糸は、パイル糸４の縮れた構造から分かるように、溶接温度
下で著しく収縮する。パイル糸５の第２の部分量は、パイル糸４とは異なる溶解
もしくは収縮温度特性を有するため、これらのパイル糸は収縮しないか、パイル
糸４より収縮が少ない、著しく収縮したバ、イル糸４はパイル糸５より硬く、縮
れた構造に基づいて高い削り取り効果を発揮する。
第２図に示す清掃手袋６において、パイル糸４及び５で被覆した露出清掃面を一
部取り除いているため、清掃面下部の基本織物１が露出している。清掃手袋６の
開口領域は、清掃面を止め輪８を付けた帯７で縁取りされている。

- 【特許請求の範囲】 １．熱可塑性パイル糸の被覆材を熱可塑性糸からなる基本構造に温度約４２３〜 ４３３Ｋ（１５０〜１６０℃）下で溶接によって定着せしめる、パイル生地から プラッシュ状清掃布を製造する方法において、被覆材を製造する際に、種々の溶 解もしくは収縮温度特性を有するパイル糸を面状分布において使用し、パイル糸 （４）の第１の部分量が溶接温度下で収縮し、パイル糸（５）の第２の部分量が 収縮しないか、または第１の部分量より収縮が小さくなるようにすることを特徴 とする方法。 ２．パイル糸（４）の第１の部分量が全量の約６０％であることを特徴とする請 求項１に記載の方法。 ３．溶接温度下で定着する前に、被覆材を全てのパイル糸（４５）が均等な長さ になるように切断することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の方法。 ４．周囲が縁取リされていることを特徴とする請求項１から３までのうちの何れ か１に記載の方法によって製造されたブラッシュ状清掃布。 ５．清掃手袋として既製されていることを特徴とする請求項１から３までのうち の何れか１に記載の方法によって製造されたブラッシュ状清掃布。
