  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 塗布ヘツドに設けられた塗布液供給管に接続
    する塗布液ポケツト部と、この塗布液ポケツト部
    に連通し塗布幅とほぼ同一の幅をもつスリツト状
    開口部とを有し、このスリツト状開口部から塗布
    液を前記塗布ヘツドのスライド面を流下させてウ
    エブに塗布する塗布装置において、前記塗布液ポ
    ケツト部の幅方向の両端部付近に、塗布液の流路
    に沿つて前記塗布液ポケツト部の高さが漸減する
    ような傾斜部を有することを特徴とする塗布装置
    。 ２ 前記傾斜部は、前記塗布液ポケツト部の流路
    方向の傾斜部高さに対し幅方向の傾斜部底辺長さ
    がほぼ０．５倍〜２．０倍の範囲である勾配を有
    し、直線または曲線の傾斜形状を有することを特
    徴とする請求項１記載の塗布装置。
