【発明の詳細な説明】
眼鏡フレーム
本発明は、プラスチックからなり、その表面の部分領域に設けられたシリコーン
型の留め上張りを有し、この留め上張りと眼鏡フレームの表面との間に結合層と
して下塗りを存在させてなる眼鏡フレームに関するものである。
フレームに艶表面を有するプラスチック眼鏡は、装着している際またはその取扱
に際し特に汗、脂肪、クリームなどの作用によって滑り落ちる。頭の動きにより
装着した眼鏡が下方向もしくは側方向に滑ることは、特に煩わしいと感じられる
。
眼鏡の座りを改善するため、ドイツ実用新案第７９１６２７５号によれば、皮膚
に接触する限り眼鏡フレームの表面はシリコーン製の留置層によって覆われる。
その際、下塗り層の上に施された薄いシリコーン膜が存在し、これは急速に損耗
する。
したがって本発明の課題は、特に真上での煩わしい眼鏡の滑り落ちを防止する良
好かつ耐久的な留置性を持ったプラスチック眼鏡を提供することにある。
この課題は本発明によれば、少なくとも両パッド（眼鏡フレームの側部鼻支持体
）の領域に扁平シリコーン体を設け、これらシリコーン体をそれぞれ眼鏡フレー
ムの凹部にほぼ縁部固定的に設けることにより解決される。その際シリコーン体
は、シリコーンを眼鏡フレームの凹部に少なくとも凹部が縁部まで一杯に埋めら
れるまで充填することにより形成される。
この種の眼鏡に関する装着試験は上記課題を解決するためのシリコーン体の適性
を有し、その異常に長い保持性を確認した。特に汗敏感性、アレルギーまたは留
置性に関する特定試験は一貫して良好に推移した。眼鏡フレームの両パッドに対
する留め上張りの範囲も充分であると判明した。
凹部を刻設した後、下塗りを施す。その後に初めて凹部に粘性シリコーンを縁ま
で一杯充填し、その表面張力によって外方向へ僅かな湾曲を形成する。シリコー
ン体の縁部固定的な構成（これは凹部を囲繞する縁隆起部の形成によって一層改
善される）により、シリコーン体はたとえば引掻きなどによ゛る機械的損傷に対
し保護される。さらに、これによりシリコーン体の部分的脱落も回避される。
以下、添付図面を参照して本発明を実施例につき説明する。
第１図は内側から見た眼鏡フレームの正面図であり、第２図は眼鏡パッドの平面
図であり、
第１図による眼鏡フレーム１の内側正面図には両シリコーン体３が示され、これ
らにより眼鏡パッドが形成される。
第２図および第３図は、眼鏡フレーム１のパッド領域を拡大図で示している。凹
部２をアルコールで洗浄しかつ乾燥させた後、はぼ水平に保持された凹部２には
筆によって下塗り（図示せず）を施す。排気した後、シリコーン体３を好ましく
はカニユーレにより凹部２が縁部まで一杯充填されるまで施す。その後、粘性シ
リコーンを室温にて硬化させる。
勿論、塗布は投入装置を用いて行なうこともできる。シリコーン体３の凸形状は
用いるシリコーンの粘度に依存し、したがって調節自在である。塗布範囲の境界
は、凹部２とその縁隆起部４とにより設けられる。これは、１００〜１５０℃の
加熱金属スタンプによる凹部２の刻設に際し材料移動によって生ずる。
基本的に本発明の範囲内にて、上記シリコーンの代りに他のもの、好ましくは同
様な滑り防止性と簡単な塗布性とを有する透明な材料をシリコーンゴムの場合と
同様に留め材料として使用することも考えられる。ここでは特に常温硬化性のシ
リコーンゴム材料が挙げられ、これは空気湿度の作用下で室温にて徐々に重合す
る。

Claims (4)
- １．プラスチックからなり、その表面の部分領域に設けられたシリコーン製の留 め上張りを有し、この留め上張りと眼鏡フレーム（２）の表面との間に結合層と して下塗りを存在させてなる眼鏡フレーム（２）において、少なくとも眼鏡フレ ーム（１）の両パッドの領域に扁平シリコーン体を設け、これらシリコーン体を それぞれ眼鏡フレーム（１）の凹部（２）にシリコーンを充填することにより少 なくとも凹部が縁まで一杯に埋められるまで形成したことを特徴とする眼鏡フレ ーム。
- ２．凹部（２）が、既成の眼鏡フレーム（１）に熱変形によって形成されたこと を特徴とする請求の範囲第１項記載の眼鏡フレーム。
- ３．凹部（２）が、その刻設に際し形成された縁の隆起部（４）によって囲撓さ れたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第２項記載の眼鏡フレーム。
- ４．シリコーン体（３）がほぼレンズ状に形成されると共に僅か凸状の表面を有 することを特徴とする請求の範囲第１項記載の眼鏡フレーム。
