【発明の詳細な説明】 包装材封止アンビル用テープ抑制装置 区ＪυＬ豆 本発明は、包装する物品の周りにフィルム管を形成し、該フィルム管を次の部署 で封止して物品間を分離する形式の、物品包装機に関する。更に明確に言えば、 本発明は、アンビルへの溶融フィルムの粘着を防止すべくアンビル上に非粘着性 テープを用いる、改良された封止用棒状アンビルに関する。
Ｒ」Ｌ９」Ｌ丞 クツシロン表面を支持する基盤部材を育するアンビルが提供される。該クツシロ ン表面は非粘着性テープのストリップ材料で覆われており、該ストリップ材料は 、その縁が該クツシロン表面との係合から緩むのを防ぐ抑制装置によって、所定 の位置に維持されている。
図面の簡単な説明 本発明は、次の諸図を精査すると共に以下の仕様を読むことによって容易に理解 されよう。
第１図は、本発明の全般的な環境を示す、封止ヘッド機構の表現図である。
第２図は、本発明の一部の断面図である。
第３図は、本発明を示す、組み立てられたアンビルの断面図である。
Ｉを　るための望ましい・態 第１図は、本発明の全般的な環境を示す。本発明は、周知の方法で封止棒アンビ ル１４と相互に作用する封止棒１２を一般に具える、封止ヘッド１０に関する。
本発明は、封止棒アンビル１４の構造、形態、及び表面に関する。このアンビル は、１６のような製品を取り巻くフィルムの管を封止するために、生産向けの高 い速度で回転して封止棒】２に接触する。この封止は、フィルムの管を封止棒１ ２と封止棒アンビル１４との間で捕える熱封止である。フィルムが相互に溶着し て梱包の一端を封止するには、封止棒１２が封止棒アンビル１４に短い期間接触 するだけで十分である。
食品詰め物の梱包においては、封止の品質が特に重要である。この封止は連続し ていて強固でなければならない。理想的にはこの封止は水密性で、近傍の加熱さ れていないフィルムの前で破れないものである。
生産において、封止棒の熱によつて封止棒アンビル上に溶融したフィルムの堆積 が生じることが分かりている。
、良好な封止を形成するためにはこのような堆積は有害であるが、加熱封止棒に 接触するアンビルの表面上に非粘着性表面を備えることによって、フィルムくず をアンビル上に堆積させずに封止の生産を行えることが分かうている。
封止棒アンビルに非粘着性表面を付ける１つの応用例では、非粘着性テープ（片 側に接着剤を付けである）を用いる。このようなテープの取り付は方は当分野で は周知の事柄である。このようなテープの取り付は方が育利であることは証明済 みではあるが、欠陥が１つある。すなわち、このテープが土台の表面から浮き上 がり、くずを堆積する領域ができてしまうことである。食品詰め物を取り扱う時 には、清掃に用いられる高圧の水又は蒸気がテープの下を通り抜けて封止棒アン ビルに対するテープの接触を一層劣化させる傾向があるので、この方法は受入れ 難い。
第２図及び第３図では、非粘着性テープの露出した縁のあらゆる部分が清掃用水 の高圧蒸気の効果によってアンビルからはぎ取られるのを保護する役割の装置が 具えられている。
第２図では、垂直構成部分２０及びそれに取り付けられた水平構成部分２２を有 するフレーム１８によって、封止ヘッド１２の１回転ごとに封止棒が接触する接 触表面が与えられる。フレーム１８は、このフレームの伸長する水平構成部分の 上部表面上のクツシラン装置２４を支持する、伸長構成部分である。このクッシ ョンは、クッシ纏ンの側面及びフレームの水平部材の周りを包み込む非粘着性テ ープ２６のストリップで覆われている。
第３図では、フレームがアンビル・ブロック２８中にどのように支持されている かを示す。このアンビル・ブロックは、伸長するみぞ穴を中に有する、フレーム １８及び特に垂直構成部分２０を受け止めるための広く伸長する部材である。フ レーム保持装置を受け止めるために、複数のねじ穴が備えられている。好ましい 実施例では、これらのフレーム保持装置はボルトである。拘束装置３８をアンビ ル・ブロックに取り付ける締付は装置３６を受け止めるために、３４のような第 ２群のねじ穴が備えられている。好ましい実施例では、締付は装置３６は拘束ボ ルトである。フレーム及びアンビル・ブロックの各側面に１個のこれらの拘束装 置によって、封止ヘッド・アンビルが「強力洗浄コされる時に、この拘束装置の 端から非粘着性テープが引き剥がされたり、もしくは非粘着性テープが劣化させ られたりすることのないように保護する。
この設計でのより一層の利点は、交換が必要な時にアンビル・ブロック中で迅速 に取り替えることのできる、交換容易な構成部分をフレームが具えていることで ある。
かくして、包装機の封止装置の封止ヘッド上のアンビル・ブロックに容易に装着 できる非粘着性テープを受け止める、交換可能なフレームが提供されていること が分かる。この設計の神髄は当発明者によって企図されたものであるが、以下の 請求項の範囲内で小規模の設計変更を企図し得る。
！ヱ 非粘着性テープをアンビル上に利用して該アンビルへの溶融フィルムの粘着を防 止する封止棒アンビル。
プラスチック材料で熱的封止を行う機械装置において、封止されるプラスチック 材料がアンビル（１４）に粘着するのを防止するために、クツシロン表面（２４ ）ををするアンビル（１４）を非粘着性テープで覆う。該非粘着性テープ（２６ ）は、該アンビルの両側面と同時に底部でも拘束されるように、アンビル（１４ ）の周りに巻き付けられている。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １．包装機で用いるための封止ヘッドであって、封止棒と、包装する物品を取り 巻く封止フィルムに該封止棒が上で衝撃を与えるアンビルとを包含する、封止ヘ ッドの改良で、 上部表面に形成される伸長するみぞ穴を有するアンビル・ブロックであって、更 に両側面に形成される複数のねじ穴を有するアンビル・ブロックと、水平構成部 分の環状の縁に結合されるフレーム装置であって、該アンビル・ブロックの長さ に対して類似の長さを持つ広く伸長する構造で、該アンビル・ブロックみぞ穴中 で担持される垂直構成部分を有するフレーム装置と、 該水平構成部分の上部表面上で担持され、該水平構成部分の長さに延在するクッ ション装置と、該クッション装置の上部表面を覆い、該フレーム装置の該水平構 成部分の該縁の近傍で連続的に廷在する非粘着性フィルムと、 該アンビル・ブロックによって担持され、該フレーム装置の該水平構成部分の該 縁を超えて延在して、該フレーム装置の該水平構成部分の該縁の近傍で延在する 該非粘着性フィルムを部分的に覆う抑制装置とから成る、改良。
  2. ２．前記抑制装置が前記アンビル・ブロックの各側面上で担持される伸長する構 成部分である、請求項１記載の改良。
  3. ３．前記抑制装置が前記アンビル・ブロックに締結されている、請求項２記載の 改良。
  4. ４．前記フレーム装置がフレーム装置締結装置によって前記アンビル・ブロック 中に抑制される、請求項３記載の改良。
