Claims (4)
- 1.安全囲いの相対的に移動し得る構成部品に取り付けられるべき第1及び第2 のエレメントを備え、この第1及び第2のエレメントが、囲いが閉じられた状態 にあるときには予め定められた互いに隣合う相対位置にあり、囲いが開かれた際 には離間しており、一方のエレメントに取り付けられた磁束源と他方のエレメン トに取り付けられた磁気作動のスイッチとを備え、該磁気作動のスイッチは、上 記一方のエレメントが、他方のエレメントから離れた位置から上記予め定められ た他方のエレメントと隣合う相対位置に移動したときに、磁束源によって発生さ せられた磁束によりスイッチが切り替えられるように配置されており、上記エレ メントの各々に取り付けられた一対の同調回路と一方の同調回路に接続されたス イッチ回路とを備え、該スイッチ回路は、上記一方のエレメントが、他方のエレ メントから離れた位置から上記予め定められた他方のエレメントと隣合う相対位 置に移動したときにスイッチが切り替えられるように配置されており、そして、 上記磁気作動のスイッチとスイッチ回路の両方が、二つのエレメントが予め定め られた互いに隣合う位置にあることを示唆しない限り、囲いが閉じられていない と表示する出力回路を備えている安全スイッチ装置。
- 2.上記磁気作動のスイッチ,能動同調回路,スイッチ回路および出力回路は一 方のエレメントに取り付けられ、他方のエレメントは、一つあるいはそれ以上の 永久磁石、および二つのエレメントが互いに隣合う位置にあるときに上記能動同 調回路に電磁的に結合される受動同調回路を支持している請求の範囲第1項記載 の安全スイッチ装置。
- 3.上記出力回路は、上記エレメントが予め定められた互いに隣合う相対位置に 移動させられたとき、上記磁気作動のスイッチがスイッチ回路の切り替え前に切 り替えられない限り、囲いが開いていると表示するように配置されている請求の 範囲第1項または第2項記載の安全スイッチ装置。
- 4.上記エレメントあるいは能動回路構成要素を支持するエレメントは電源入力 だけを有しており、その結果、該電源入力以外の偽の電磁気的な信号を拾い得る 導体がない請求の範囲第1項乃至第3項記載の安全スイッチ装置。
