Abstract
Description
Claims (26)
- 1.比色その他の光学的に検知できる効果を利用して試料中の分析薬の表示をす るものであって、トランスジューサー面を具えてこの面近傍のエネルギー吸収を 表示する出力信号を与えるトランスジューサー手段と、該面上に試料の単体を形 成する形成手段と、光学的効果を検知するに適した周波数で試料を照射する照射 手段と、トランスジューサーからの出力を受けてこれから分析薬に関する情報を 引き出すプロセッサー手段とを有してなることを特徴とする分析装置。
- 2.トランスジューサー面には少なくとも1体の試薬が設けられており、分析薬 の存在下でこの試薬が色度その他の光学的に検知可能な変化を起こす、ことを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 3.前記トランスジューサー手段は外表面に電極手段をもつ固体状態のトランス ジューサー素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の分析装置。
- 4.適した周波数における電磁的放射に対して固相トランスジューサー要素が実 質的に透明であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 5.前記トランスジューサー素子は、焦電素子、熱電対素子、ゼーベック素子、 耐熱性素子、熱−光−電気素子、熱ルミネッセンス素子、圧電素子、及び熱容量 素子よりなる群から選ばれたものである請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 6.適した周波数における電磁的放射に対して固相トランスジューサー要素が実 質的に透明であることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 7.トランスジューサー面に複数の個別の試薬単体が設けられており、このうち 少なくとも一部の試薬単体が試薬中の異なる分析薬対して反応することを特徴と する請求項1〜6のいずれかひとつに記載の装置。
- 8.トランスジューサー面に物質の既知の濃度が設けられており、これに対して 試薬単体の1つが反応し、これによりキャリブレーション情報が与えられること を特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 9.トランスジューサー手段がそれぞれが試薬単体を伴った複数のトランスジュ ーサー要素を有していることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 10.照射手段が試薬単体を順次照射する手段を有していることを特徴とする請 求項6〜9のいずれかひとつに記載の装置。
- 11.照射手段が振幅変調源を有しており、プロセッサー手段がこの源のフェー ズを示す基準信号を受けることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかひとつに 記載の装置。
- 12.トランスジューサー面を具えてかつ該面における熱発生を示す出力信号を 発生できるトランスジューサー手段を用いて、トランスジューサー面に試料の単 体を形成し、電磁的な放射を照射し、トランスジューサー出力信号をモニターし て該面における熱発生の決定を介して該面近傍における試料中の吸収の測定値を 得ることを特徴とする分析方法。
- 13.さらに前記の面に少なくとも1個の試薬単体を設け、かつ分析薬の試料中 での存在下に吸収変化を起こすようにこの単体を選択することを特徴とする請求 項12に記載の方法。
- 14.電磁放射で照射するに際して、トランスジューサー手段を介して可視また は近可視スペクトルで照射することを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載の 方法。
- 15.照射するに際して変調源を用い、この変調にフェーズロックしてモニター が行なわれることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれかひとつに記載の方法 。
- 16.さらにトランスジューサー面に電気泳動または同様な分離層を設け、該面 ヘの試料単体の形成に続ずいて、分離層の面内で試料中の種の分離を起こさせる ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 17.モニターするに際して、前記の面上に熱発生の空間的分離を起こさせるこ とを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
- 18.照射するに際して、前記の面の異なる領域を順次照射することを特徴とす る請求項17に記載の方法。
- 19.トランスジューサー手段が前記のトランスジューサー面を共通に有した複 数のトランスジューサーを有していることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法 。
- 20.さらに照射前または同時に試料に電界を印加することを特徴とする請求項 16〜19のいずれかひとつに記載の方法。
- 21.トランスジューサー面を画定するシート状のトランスジューサー手段と、 テスト要素ヘの外部接続を形成する電気的接点手段と、トランスジューサー面に 試料単体を形成する形成手段とを有して構成され、トランスジューサー手段が、 電気的な接点手段において、トランスジューサー面における熱発生を示す信号を 与え、トランスジューサー手段がさらに試料中における吸収がトランスジューサ ー面に局部的な熱発生を起こすに適した電磁的周波数において透明であることを 特徴とする分析テスト要素。
- 22.使用後に廃棄可能であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のテスト要素 。
- 23.複数の個別の試薬領域がトランスジューサー面に設けられており、該試薬 が試料中のそれぞれの分析を示す色度その他の実務的な検知可能な変化を起こす ことができることを特徴とする請求項21または22に記載のテスト要素。
- 24.トランスジューサー面に電気泳動分離層が設けられており、さらにこの層 内に電界を形成する手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項21または2 2に記載のテスト要素。
- 25.請求項21〜24に記載のテスト要素に用いるものであって、ハウジング と、テスト要素の電気的接点手段と電気的接続を電形成する電気的接点手段と、 トランスジューサー手段を介して試料単体を照射する光源手段と、トランスジュ ーサー信号を受けて試料に関する分析情報をこれから引き出すことのできるプロ セッサー手段とを有していることを特徴とする分析テスト装置。
- 26.請求項21〜24のいずれかのテスト要素複数個と請求項25の分析テス ト装置との組合せ。
