う問題もあつた。 Therefore, while water is being discharged from the nozzle, the detection end of the Pitot tube pressure detection means is positioned in the water flow at the tip of the nozzle, and the amount of water discharged is detected from the velocity head. One person held the handle of the pressure detection means, positioned the detection end of the lever at a predetermined position in the water stream, and read the pressure. However, there were problems in that it required two workers and it was difficult to accurately detect the amount of water being sprayed. That is, in order to accurately detect the amount of water discharged, it is necessary to position the detection end of the pressure gauge on the center line of the nozzle diameter (inner diameter) and at a distance of one half of the diameter from the nozzle tip. It is practically impossible to hold the handle part of the machine by hand and position it accurately in the above position. Another problem was that the water pressure was dangerous for unskilled people.

It has been proposed that a mounting jig 34 for fixing and supporting the nozzle 3 in a position-adjustable manner is attached to the tip of the nozzle 30. This mounting jig 34 is attached to the nozzle 3
A mounting member 3 that is fitted onto the outer periphery of the base of the nozzle tip 32 screwed onto the pipe fitting 31 of No. 0 and fixed with a screw.

題があつた。(Problem to be solved by the invention) When the mounting jig 34 is used, the mounting member 35 is fixed to the base of the nozzle tip 32, and the adjustment member 3
If the pressure detection means 33 is positioned by adjusting the position of the nozzle 30 and fixed with screws, pressure can be detected accurately and safely by simply holding the nozzle 30 and spraying water.
The mounting member 35 is fixed with screws, and the plurality of adjustment members 36
The installation work is complicated, such as adjusting the position and fixing the pressure detecting means, and depending on the fixed state, there is a risk that the detection end of the pressure detection means may move due to water pressure.

A water discharge test can be performed easily and safely. In addition, a support hole parallel to the axis of the nozzle tip is formed in the support part, and a positioning part is formed on the end face on the tip side of the nozzle tip, so that the detection end of the pressure detection means can be positioned on the axis of the nozzle tip. In addition, it can be accurately positioned at a predetermined distance from the tip, and there is no fear that the detection end will move due to water pressure, making it possible to accurately detect pressure.

Since the installation is completed, the work is easy and water discharge tests can be performed safely. In addition, a support hole parallel to the axis of the nozzle tip is formed in the support part, and a positioning part is provided on the end face of the support part on the tip side of the nozzle chip, so that the detection end of the pressure detection means can be accurately positioned on the axis of the nozzle tip. In addition to being able to be positioned accurately at a predetermined distance from the tip of the nozzle tip, there is no risk of the detection end moving due to water pressure, and accurate pressure detection is possible. It has a great effect.
