<Conventional technology> When constructing a roof that is approximately perpendicular to the wall surface, a so-called lower house, rain protection construction between the wall surface and the roof surface is performed, and waterproof groundwork treatment and draining are also carried out to ensure uniform waterproof performance on the roof surface. Steel plates, etc. are installed, and reliable rain protection is required not only in corners but also on horizontal surfaces.

<Means for solving the problems> The present invention was devised in view of the above problems.
A corner member having a substantially triangular cross section is attached to the corner formed by the roof surface and the wall surface, and a base sheet is stretched from the roof surface onto the oblique side of the corner member,
A flexible waterproof structure for a lower house in which a steel roof plate is provided on the base sheet, and the rising corner of the base sheet and the joint between the base sheets are lined with a lead sheet and a waterproof adhesive sheet. In addition to covering with a sheet, on the wall surface above the rising edge of the steel roof plate,
The upper end side of a band-shaped flexible waterproof sheet made of a waterproof adhesive sheet of lead sheet lined with a push plate is nailed to cover the gap between the rising edge of the steel roof plate and the wall surface, and then pressed. It is characterized by having a draining iron plate adhered to the plate.

<Function> In other words, the rising corner of the base sheet and the joint between the base sheets are covered with a flexible waterproof sheet made of a lead sheet lined with a waterproof adhesive sheet, so the roof itself and the connection between the roof and the wall are covered. Displacement occurs between the
Even if the rising part of the inside corner or the joint opens, it can be sufficiently followed. In addition, since the gap between the rising edge of the steel roof plate and the wall is covered with the same band-shaped flexible waterproof sheet as described above, the flexible waterproof sheet sufficiently follows the expansion and contraction of the steel roof plate itself. I can do it. Furthermore, each of the flexible waterproof sheets mentioned above is made of a lead sheet lined with a waterproof adhesive sheet, so it is not long enough to hold it in a predetermined shape, but if you roll the sheet upward, it will maintain its rolled up position. In such a state, it becomes easy to perform caulking on seams and the like. If the flexible waterproof sheet is returned to its original state after the above-mentioned treatment is completed, the watertight state of the rising edge of the steel roof sheet can be ensured.

FIG. 1 is a partially omitted sectional view showing the waterproof structure of the shed, and FIG. 2 is a partially omitted perspective view of the same. That is, the waterproof structure of this shed is constructed by attaching the corner member 1 to the corner G formed by the roof surface R and the wall surface W, and stretching the base sheet 2 on the roof surface R, and attaching the corner member 1 to the corner G formed by the roof surface R and the wall surface W. The rising portion U and the seam M are covered with flexible waterproof sheets 3A and 3B, and a steel roofing sheet 4 is provided on the upper surface thereof, and the gap O between the steel roofing sheet 4 and the wall surface W is covered with a band-shaped flexible waterproof sheet. It is covered with a waterproof sheet 5.

Next, the construction of the waterproof structure of this invention is shown in Figures 2 and 4.
This will be explained with reference to partially omitted perspective views of FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 2, first, a corner member 1 having a substantially triangular cross section is attached to a corner G of a roof surface R and a wall surface W.
Then, the base sheet 2 is stretched over the roof surface R. On the wall surface W side, the end portion 21 of the base sheet 2 is raised up on the slope 11 of the corner member 1 and fixed with an adhesive. Next, a caulking material is filled into the corner rising portion U and the seam M of the base sheet 2, and the top is covered with flexible waterproof sheets 3A and 3B. The flexible waterproof sheets 3A and 3B are the lead sheets 3 as described above.
1 is lined with a waterproof adhesive sheet 32, and by peeling off the release paper 33, it is easily adhered between the corner member 1 and the base sheet 2, and further to the seam M between the base sheets 2, 2. Furthermore, due to the presence of the lead sheet 31, the shape is maintained in accordance with the rising corner U and the slope 11 of the corner member 1.

Next, a steel roof plate 4 is provided on top of this. The steel roof plate 4 is made of a stainless copper plate or the like, and has a rising side 41 formed at the end facing the wall surface W.
That is, the rising side 41 is placed in a state where it overlaps the rising side 21 of the base sheet 2. Furthermore, the rising edge 21

Cover with A and 5B. This flexible waterproof sheet 5A,
5B, as shown in FIG.
It is nailed through. Furthermore, in order to ensure the waterproofness between the flexible waterproof sheets 5A, 5B and the wall surface W, the joints between the flexible waterproof sheets 5A, 5B and the wall surface W are also corked.

On the other hand, if the construction order is incorrect, for example, the gap O formed between the rising side 41 of the steel roof plate 4 and the wall surface W is not caulked, the flexible waterproof sheets 5A, 5
If B is installed, this flexible waterproof sheet 5
Turn over A and 5B upward from the bottom end. The flexible tarpaulin sheets 5A and 5B have the same structure as the flexible tarpaulin sheet 3 shown in FIG. Since the gap O is sufficiently visible, the above-mentioned coking process becomes extremely easy. Moreover, after this caulking process is completed, if you put them back together and hit the surface of the flexible waterproof sheets 5A, 5B with a piece of oak or the like, they will be completely restored to their original state, and the rising edge 41 of the steel roof plate 4 will be completely restored. watertightness is ensured.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
Higher watertightness is ensured by nailing and attaching the draining decorative iron plate 7 from the upper surface of A, 5B. In this case, it is preferable that the boundary between the upper end of the draining decorative iron plate 7 and the wall surface W is also subjected to caulking treatment.

As mentioned above, turning over the flexible waterproof sheet and applying adhesive or filling the interior with caulking material while maintaining that position is extremely effective not only for new construction but also for repair work. Become something.

<Effects of the invention> As described above, with the waterproof structure of the invention described below, even during rain protection construction, the flexible waterproof sheet can be turned over and maintained in its turned-up position, making it possible to maintain the turned-up position without the need for adhesive application or caulking. It is also easier to fill the material,
A sufficient watertight state can be ensured by returning the flexible waterproof sheet to its original shape after this treatment such as coating.
