込むように構成してなる装置において、 前記ｆθレンズを支持する部材を、該ｆθレン
ズの両側に配置される端部支持部材と、前記両側
の端部支持部材にそれぞれ形成される溝に摺動可
能に支持されるフインガー、および、レンズの下
面を支持する位置決め突起とにより構成し、 前記端部支持部材には、レンズの平面部を位置
決めするための押圧面を設けるとともに、 前記端部支持部材に支持されるフインガーには
、レンズの側面を押圧して保持作用を行うための
爪部材を設けることを特徴とする画像形成装置の
レンズ支持装置。
