したカツプ状の可動ヨーク8をそれぞれ固着した
ハブ6を軸支してなる光偏向器において、前記多
面鏡10の上面に放射状の着磁パターンを形成し
た磁性膜10aを固着し、これに対向して前記着
磁パターンと同様のパターンの磁気抵抗素子を形
成した磁気センサ11、及びこれを保持する基板
12とをケース9に固着して構成したエンコーダ
