のコア２をそれぞれ固着し、前記固定軸４に嵌挿
した玉軸受５を介し、上部に多面鏡１０、下部に

したカツプ状の可動ヨーク８をそれぞれ固着した
ハブ６を軸支してなる光偏向器において、前記多
面鏡１０の上面に放射状の着磁パターンを形成し
た磁性膜１０ａを固着し、これに対向して前記着
磁パターンと同様のパターンの磁気抵抗素子を形
成した磁気センサ１１、及びこれを保持する基板
１２とをケース９に固着して構成したエンコーダ
