納されており、かつ、この基板４の面４ｂ上に共
振素子としてのストリツプライン６が形成されて
いるとともに、このストリツプライン６の前記ケ
ース内周壁２ａまでの離間距離ｄ１が、基板４の
板厚ｄ２に同じか略同じに設定されていることを
