Claims (1)
- 一次元固体撮像素子に入射する光を分解する色
分解フイルタを有する固体撮像装置に於いて、前
記色分解フイルタが多角柱状に組み合せてあり、
その内側に一次元固体撮像素子を有する回転体を
具備することを特徴とする固体撮像装置。
