面離脱する位置までの長さを進退自在に設けた減
速装置において、磁石支持リングを複数個に分割
して、それぞれに複数個の永久磁石を周設して並
列し、各磁石支持リングが別個に移動して永久磁
石の磁極面がローターに磁気的に対向する面積を
