手方向に沿つて形成した並列する複数の係止孔１
２ａと噛合係止可能なスプロケツト２２を前記ベ
ルト装着体２に回転自在に軸支し、かつ前記ベル
ト装着体２にスプロケツト２２の回転を規制する
ストツパ２３を揺動自在に軸着して、このストツ
パ２３をスプロケツト２２と係止した状態にロツ
クするバネ部材２４に連繋せしめたことを特徴と
