FIG. 3 shows the sealing part 3, in which a holding fitting 7 that holds upper and lower sealing materials 5 made of rubber or the like and wooden sealing material spacers 6 that support each of the sealing materials 5 at predetermined intervals is attached via a lever 8. A bullet (not shown) is attached to a support part (not shown) provided on the outer periphery of the piston 2, and is attached to the lever 8.
The sealing material 5 is pressed against the side plate 1 by the urging force of the sealing liquid 9 and the static pressure of the sealing liquid 9 stored in the liquid groove, and the gas stored in the lower part of the piston 2 is sealed.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The present invention relates to a sealing material wear detection device for a gas holder proposed to solve the above-mentioned problem. It slides along the inner peripheral surface of the side plate,
A sealing device includes a pair of upper and lower sealing materials that maintain airtightness between the same side plate and the piston, and a sealing material spacer that is sandwiched between the sealing materials and forms a chamber in which a sealing liquid is stored on the outer periphery. In the gas holder, in the space within the sealing material spacer,
The above problem is solved by installing the tip of an optical fiber that is shielded from light by the inflow of the sealing liquid and connecting the optical fiber to an optical switch amplifier.

(Function) As described above, in the present invention, the tip of the optical fiber connected to the optical switch amplifier is embedded in the seal material spacer sandwiched between the seal materials in the gas holder. As the seal rubber wears down, seal oil flows between the optical fibers, blocking light between the optical fibers.

(Effect of the invention) According to the invention, the amount of wear of the sealant can be detected by embedding the tip of the optical fiber connected to the optical switch amplifier in the sealant spacer. Therefore, abnormal wear of the sealing material can be prevented, accidents such as gas leakage can be prevented, and the time for replacing the sealing material can be predicted.
