スリーブ14並びに口金15とから成る主軸台A
と、 その主軸台Aの中心に延在する状態として、且
つ前後方向への進退と回転の可能に軸受けされた
主軸35と、 その主軸35の後端部へカツプリング21を介
して、作用的に伝動連結された主軸 転用の駆動
モーター23と、 上記口金15から露出する主軸35の前端部へ
、一体回転し得るように取付けられた面取り加工
用の片刃バイト37と、 上記口金15と中間スリーブ14との向かい合
う前後相互間に介在する関係状態として、同じく
主軸35の前部途上へ一体回転し得るように套嵌
されたカム盤41と、 被加工物Mに予じめ穿孔されている丸穴53の
開口エツジに倣う回転軌跡のプロフイルとして、
そのカム盤41の後面に刻設された溝カム43と
、 上記カム盤41の後面と向かい合う中間スリー
ブ14の前面に埋め込まれたボール受け45と、 そのボール受け45と上記溝カム43との相互
に亘つて係合されたボール44とを備え、 そのボール44とカム盤41の溝カム43とを
常時安定な係合状態に保つべく、上記主軸35に
対して圧縮コイルバネ48又は圧縮流体による後
方への押圧付勢力を与えたことを特徴とする丸穴
の面取り加工装置。 2 主軸35に後方への押圧付勢力を与えるに当
り、その圧縮コイルバネ48を台筐13の中空室
16内に臨む主軸35の後部途上へ捲き掛けると
共に、 その圧縮コイルバネ48の前側バネリテーナー
49を中間スリーブ14の後面に固定保持させる
一方、 同じく後側バネリテーナー50を主軸35に螺
合締結された押えナツト52によつて、その主軸
35の前後方向へ進退調整できるように受け止め
たことを特徴とする請求項1記載の丸穴の面取り

向かい合う前後相互間に、カム盤41の密閉収容
