Claims (1)
- 酸化被膜が形成された金属部材の表面をモータ
によつて回転する砥石によつて研磨する研磨装置
において、基端が研磨装置本体に固定され、先端
が弯曲して前記金属部材の表面に接触する少くと
も１対の弾性を有する導電性線材で形成された接
触子を設け、該接触子と前記金属部材との間の導
電性を検知したときに、前記モータの回転を停止
するようにしたことを特徴とする研磨装置。
