Claims (1)
- 工具軸の先端ソケツトを固着し、この工具軸の
基端に上下動可能な支持板を介してナツトランナ
の本体を接続してなるナツトランナにおいて、上
記支持板の下面に上記工具軸と平行にその有効ス
トロークをナツトランナとソケツト先端までの寸
法より若干長くした流体圧シリンダ装置を装着し
、この流体圧シリンダ装置のピストンロツドの下
端にワークへの当接片を固着すると共に、当該ピ
ストンロツドの上端に固着されシリンダ本体内で
上下動するピストンの側端面にマグネツトを装着
し、このマグネツトに対応して上記シリンダ本体
の外周壁面下端にマグネツトスイツチを固設し、
上記ナツトランナがボルトの締着を終えて上昇復
帰ストロークに転じる以前に、ナツトランナと工
具軸および支軸板を上下無負荷の状態またはそれ
に近い状態にして、上記ピストンロツドを下方に
突出させ、その下降ストローク途上の上記マグネ
ツトとマグネツトスイツチとの位置ずれから上記
ソケツトとワークとの食い付きを検出し得るよう
に構成したことを特徴とするナツトランナにおけ
るワークとソケツトとの食い付き検出装置。
