Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 サイドウオール部３に型付けを行う上型５及び
下型６と、トレツド部７に型付けを行うと共に径
方向に移動操作自在とされる周方向複数のトレツ
ドセクター８とを備え、型締め状態で、上型５、
下型６及び各トレツドセクター８によりグリーン
タイヤ２を収容状とする整形加硫室１３を形成す
るタイヤ加硫金型において、整形加硫室１３にお
けるトレツドセクター８表面中央から上型５もし
くは下型６との分割位置までの長さをＢ、トレツ
ドセクター８表面中央からビード成形面５Ｂ，６
Ｂの径方向内端側位置までの長さをＳＨとした場
合、 ＢＳＨ≦２０％ となる範囲に前記分割位置を設定したことを特徴
とするタイヤ加硫金型。
