Conventionally, when installing electric devices such as earth leakage circuit breakers on the surface of a switchboard, etc., the work efficiency was not good because holes were drilled in the surface of the panel to match the electrical device mounting holes and each device was fixed with screws. In order to improve this workability, a rail mounting device was developed that allows a mounting rail to be fixed to the panel surface in advance with screws, and that electrical appliances can be mounted to the mounting rail with a single touch.

大幅に遅れ、部品管理も大変である。 The conventional structure of this type of rail mounting device will be explained based on the drawings. Fig. 8 is a front view of a rail mounting device with a conventional structure, Fig. 9 is a side view in the direction of arrow P in Fig. 8,
10 to 13 are parts diagrams, FIG. 10 is a front view of the cover 1 having the cover groove 1a and the rail attachment part 1b, FIG. 11 is a side view in the direction of arrow Q in FIG.
2 is a front view of a slide plate 2 having a sliding surface 2a, a rail pressing portion 2b and a collar portion 2c, and FIG. 13 is a front view of a compression spring. Figure 14 is a bottom view of the electrical appliance case installed on the mounting rail.
FIG. 15 is a side view as viewed from arrow R in FIG. 14, where 4a is a case groove and 4b is a rail engagement portion. To assemble these, first insert the end surface 2a of the slide plate 2 into the case groove 4a of the case 4, and insert the compression spring therebeneath. Next, slide plate 2 is inserted into cover groove 1a of cover 1.
The cover 1 is attached to the side surface of the case 4 while inserting the end face 2a of the case 4, and is fixed using screws (not shown). The front and side views of the rail mounting device assembled in this way are shown in FIGS. It is possible to hold electrical appliances pressed against the sides of the rail 5.
On the other hand, when removing the electrical appliance, pull the collar 2c in the direction of the thin arrow to disengage the rail pressing part 2b from the mounting rail 5, allowing the electrical appliance main body to be removed from the mounting rail 5. In this configuration, when assembling the main body, the slide plate 2 and the compression spring must be respectively assembled before the cover 1 is screwed to the side surface of the case 4. As a result, when a request for a rail mounting device is received, the entire main body must be assembled, resulting in a significant delay in delivery and difficulty in parts management.

According to the present invention, the above object is achieved in a rail mounting device that fixes an electrical appliance by pressing a sliding plate against a mounting rail using a spring force, in which sliding pieces protruding from both sides of the sliding plate are attached to both ends of the bottom surface of an electrical appliance case. Insert the wire spring slidably into the case groove provided in the case, insert both ends of the wire spring into the holes provided in the bottom of the case, engage the center portion of the wire spring with the cut portion provided in the slide plate, and then slide Insert the protrusion provided on the bottom of the case into the window provided on the plate, and bring the protrusion into contact with the window so that the slide plate does not come off in the direction of the mounting rail due to the pressing force of the wire spring. In order to prevent the sliding piece from coming into contact with the protrusion and coming out of the case groove when the slide plate is moved in the removal direction against force, the bent part provided on the slide plate is aligned with the protrusion in a predetermined position. This is achieved by spacing.

Figures 1 to 7 show an embodiment of this invention. Figure 3 is a front view of the slide plate 11, Figure 4 is a side view taken in the direction of arrow T in Figure 3, and 11a protrudes from both sides. 11b is a rail pressing part, 11c is a collar part, 11d is a window part, 11e is a bent part, 11
f is a cut and bent portion, and FIG. 5 is a front view of the wire spring. Further, FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the electrical appliance case attached to the mounting rail 5, and FIG. 7 is a side view as viewed from the U arrow in FIG. is a hole for inserting a wire spring. To combine these, case 13
The sliding piece 11 of the sliding plate 11 is inserted into the case groove 13a.
a, then insert both ends of the wire spring 12 into the case 13.
into the hole 13d, and insert the central part into the slide plate 11.
The bent portion 11f is engaged with the bent portion 1f, and the bent portion 1
1e is bent in the direction of the broken line arrow V to form the shape shown in FIG. The front view and side view of the rail mounting device assembled in this way are shown in FIGS. Press the pressing part 11b against the side surface of the mounting rail 5,
Can hold electrical appliances. Conversely, when removing it, pull the flange 11c of the slide plate 11 in the direction of the thin arrow to disengage the pressing part 11b of the slide plate 11 from the mounting rail 5, making it possible to remove the appliance main body from the mounting rail 5. can.

なる。 As mentioned above, when the slide plate 11 is moved by pulling the collar 11c of the slide plate 11 in the direction of the thin arrow in order to remove the mounting rail 5 from the electrical appliance main body, if there is no bent part 11e, the case groove 13
Since the slide plate 11 can be pulled out to the point where the engagement between the slide plate 11a and the sliding piece 11a of the slide plate 11 is lost, the slide plate 11 comes off from the case 13. Therefore, the bent portion 11e is bent to protrude toward the center of the window portion 11d, and the tip is attached to the protruding portion 13 of the case 13.
Since the engagement state between the case 2 and the slide plate 3 can be maintained by applying pressure to the slide plate 11, the slide plate 11 will not come off.
