、該一対の撓み検出部材3,4に挟持されて上記
被測定軸2の基準長さに対応した撓みを生じるセ
ンサ部材5と、該センサ部材5に絶縁状態で固定
され、かつ、微小間隔で対向配置され、前記セン
サ部材5の撓みに応じて静電容量が変化する一対
の電極6,7とを具えたことを特徴とする軸力セ
ンサ。 (2) 一対の電極6,7は、その一方6がセンサ
部材5に、その他方7が撓み検出部材4にそれぞ
れ絶縁状態で固定される請求項1記載の軸力セン
