Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ２個のブロツク間に進退移動自在に配設された
スライダに３個の通路を並列に貫通形成し、中央
の通路を計量管とし、前記スライダの進退移動に
より前記ブロツクに設けたキヤリアガスおよびサ
ンプルガスの通路を順次前記計量管に切り換え接
続するガスクロマトグラフの切換弁において、 前記スライダを計量管の周囲にヒータを設けた
セラミツクスで形成して電磁弁に連結すると共に
、前記ヒータと電磁弁とを電気的に接続し、通電
時のみ前記計量管を昇温するようにしたことを特
徴とするガスクロマトグラフ用切換弁。
