置において、高電圧及び、ヒータ電圧を発生する
電源と、上記高電圧及び、ヒータ電圧を印加され
て高周波高電力を発生する高周波高電力発生部と
、上記高周波高電力を送信電波として外部に放射
し、また目標からの反射波を受信する送信、受信
共用のアンテナ部と、上記高周波高電力発生部で
発生された高周波高電力の一部を抽出するループ
カプラ部と、上記ループカプラ部から抽出された
一部の高周波高電力の出力をモニタするモニタメ
ータ部と、高周波高電力発生部のヒータ温度の最
高基準ヒータ温度を設定する最高基準ヒータ温度
設定回路部と、上記高周波高電力発生部のヒータ
温度と、上記最高基準ヒータ温度設定回路部で設
定された最高基準ヒータ温度とを入力として比較
検出する最高基準ヒータ温度比較検出回路部と、
上記最高基準ヒータ温度比較検出回路部で比較検
出された検出信号により、上記電源部のヒータ電
圧の出力を制御する制御部と、高周波高電力の発
生レベル信号の最高基準レベルを設定する最高基
準レベル設定回路部と、上記ループカプラ部から
抽出された一部の高周波高電力の出力レベル信号
と、上記最高基準レベル設定回路部で設定された
最高基準レベル信号とを入力として比較検出する
