る。上記ナツト2,3の間にはコイルバネ5を介
在させ、その両端を横向に延長して延長部6,6
の先端部を上記係合孔15,15に係合させるも
のであつて、コイルバネ5の内径(内周)とボル
ト1の外径(外周)との間に間隙tを介在させる
ことによつて該コイルバネ5を巻締可能となすも
のである。上記ナツト2,3の他方のナツト3に
は透孔16(第4図)を穿設し螺合に代えてボル
ト1に摺動自在に挿通し該他方のナツト3の一面
に形成した凹凸7とロツクナツト8の一面に形成
した凹凸7を雌雄係合させた状態に接することに
よつて上記他方のナツト3を止めることができ
る。又横腕4は上記ナツト2,3に嵌合させたナ
ツトカバー9,9に設けることができるし、他方
のナツトカバー9の上面とロツクナツト8の下面
との間に凹凸7,7を設けて雌雄係合させると良
